Hey!!! My Esther fast testimony video would help you understand a little better, based on my experience and the breakthroughs I've had. I just told myself this is something I want to start a new quarter with. I love pausing outside of my daily devotion and truly dying to my flesh and raising up my spirit because I see it as a way to stay spiritually fit! It helps me with my obedience and wordly temptations.

I literally heard Him tell me “You’re doing this tomorrow.” And girl I did my first spiritual fast - no food, just water! It was a beautiful experience and what I needed to reset and align with God. I can say sooo much about my experience, but all I want to say is thank you. And I’m happy God lead me to you. 💕 Please continue to share your testimonies and life experiences. It’s just so crazy how much what you’ve been through aligns with my life. I would do the fast all over again! It was challenging but SO worth it.

Hi! If you haven't already, I would watch the first video in this playlist because I talk in more detail about that. But ultimately, I would advise to remember that you cannot do a fast without the Holy spirit so understand and have the mindset going in that " I know I can't do this by my power alone but with your help so I call on you now to help and prepare me " etc. And give yourself grace, it is a sacrificial act of love so it will be difficult, so remember your intention and why your'e fasting and just do your best! Prepare your body before the fast by easing up on the processed foods etc. and just enjoy the devoted time!

Can I still work on my online business while doing prayer and fasting ? My business is in social media where I post content and sell a digital product. Or should I sacrifice not working on my businesses for 3 days straight and solely focus on God ?

You can fast for whatever you want! There is no wrong or right thing to fast for, just pay attention to the why behind what you are asking.
