- A while back, I played a mod that let me play Undertale with a super overpowered gun. Today, I see what happens when a top speedrunner gets to use it.

I think a really funny speedrun would be undertale with a gun pacifist. Double points if its never mentioned it's undertale with a gun until the final fight with Asgore where you just fucking put a slug in him

You actually are able to instantly spare monsters with a super high atk since they are always 1 hit, making the run Frisk pointing a gun at the monsters and them just changing their minds on fighting the human

The monsters attack and instantly want to run away when frisk pulls a gun on them.

Well, regular Pacifist, speedrunners just flee from all of the encounters they can or otherwise skip them. Uncertain if the attack stat affects any bosses (such as Toriel or Papyrus) or minibosses (notably most fights in Snowdin, past that is mostly punch card usage). I think an All Yellow Names run would be interesting though.

Edit: Also I think there are times when Frisk has said something and the narrator tells us this like “You said this isn’t going well”
@@joewilliams-un8vu yeah a bunch of act options involve talking, the narrator decently often mentions that you say things, and frisk uses the phone. they talk for sure

Incidentally, the attack at 12:45 does seem avoidable; you need to stay to the left for one more axe-chop before moving to the right, which would have let you use the center space unscathed.

Actually you dont need to imagine it, it is a fact, in the sans fight sans will dodge the gun, and whit the gaster blaster as a weapon he cant dodge it because it does multiple instances of 1 damage wich makes the hit counter sans has go to 0 and inmediatly kill him, its probably a few minutes but youre right
