I have been lucid dreaming most of my life and I am 66 years old.
I always want to fly as soon as I realize I am dreaming. It is the most exhilarating experience, next to sky diving, that I have ever had. I believe we travel into other dimensions when we dream.

I used to have lucid dreams a lot, used to fly with big white wings, that i had to feel like it was the first time everytime i dreamed of them. And feel the air, their weight, and sense my muscles before lifting my body to start flying. It was so sensorial. Also had many dreams running like a dark Panther. 🤷🏽♀️

I'm 40-years-old and have never known what it's like to feel well-rested. I go through periods of insomnia followed by periods hypersomnia. I've tried everything. OTC medications, teas, aromatherapy, prescription medications. You name it, I've tried it. I played this last night and had the best sleep of my life! I dreamt quite a bit, and when waking in the night instead of tossing and turning for at least an hour, I drifted right back to sleep. Today, I'm alert, engaged, full of energy, and for the first time haven't had to rely on coffee to get me through the day!
That sucks ☹️
I also struggle with insomnia at times. BUT weirdly the biggest, most draining and absolutely exhausting insomnia seems to happen each year in November- half way through December/January (~6-10 weeks, with almost no sleep at all). Maybe I don't like Christmas anymore lol as I have no other explanation why each year around that same time 🤷 I'm kidding I actually don't mind Christmas and only good memories since a kid 😁
Anyway nothing really works for my 'Christmas insomnia' either. Tried different methods throughout the years and for now I've stopped experimenting with everything 'possible'. I only use Melatonin and I start to take it in advance if I feel that shizzz is getting out of order again. In case if you haven't tried that yet I do recommend to give it a big go go. Especially Melatonin combined together with Magnesium Glycinate/Bisglycinate and L-Theanine. I don't take any prescriptions so I won't be able to comment or recommend any of those plus over time these would not work anymore and that's the pharma trick to give us even stronger ones and rely on them even for a good nights sleep. I hope that maybe you haven't tried that combo yet and If not that maybe it could help you. I know how horrible it can be 😢

Heather Hills - I have to take Ambien AND Xanax to sleep. The Xanax does the trick for me and believe me I have SEVERE insomnia. I just discovered these videos and was so surprised that they actually help! 🙏🙏

Omg omg omg guys, i did it! This is the first time I've actually tried it and it worked! It only worked for a couple minutes because the video stopped for some reason and instead of floating out of my body i could feel the vibrational being inside of me and i kinda had to pull me out of my physical body but i did it! @@TonyEnglandUK I know we just wanna be together.. I know I could find joy in other things. I understand psychology & that my thoughts / energy will reciprocate into my reality I just don’t want too. I have never enjoyed my earth journey. It’s been a long, hard, traumatic life & I prayed for him specifically. At a very dark moment whenever I was feeling like I was ready to end my earth journey at 23 and have my soul go on because I truly just felt like there was no purpose for me on this earth and nothing really makes me happy. I can be in the middle of Disney World and I am still so dead inside I guess you could say... I prayed for a new beginning, I told God I would do whatever I had to do and let go of whoever I had to let go of to turn the page and just have a new beginning in life and start over because I just wanted to be happy and I prayed for him for months and then whenever I got him he was just everything I wanted and I was everything he wanted and I knew he was never going to leave me and so then he did... not by choice, but unfortunately in the absolute worst way possible... it’s just hard. Struggling your whole life and thinking you finally found what you’ve always been searching for- true love, loyalty, consistency, a best friend, a reason.. etc. my happy ending was beginning and I was trusting the process bc it was all gonna b worth it then he just went so tragically and unexpectedly and now I just don’t understand my reason for still having to be here 😞 I’m begging for a purpose or a sign. I just need him and everything would be so different I just don’t understand why this happened

@@3vil6inYT i use it to relax and try to induce a sleep paralysis like state. Try to keep your mind awake but your body completely asleep. Normally for me there's a buzzing sound that slowly gets louder and it feels like Im being lifted from my body. Ive been able to see myself from on top of my room. Im not sure if it was a dream or not but it felt so damn real.
The pineal gland is a small sized pine cone shaped gland in the middle of your brain also known as the ( 3rd eye ) people, stay away from tap water or anything with fluoride bought myself a distiller also use none fluoridated toothpaste, de-calcify that 3rd eye and body, what a big difference this has made to me and my health 🎶
I read about this recently..... The chemical is sadly affecting childrens' pineal glands and development as well......

Whatever you do, keep up the fluoride toothpaste for your children! Once they are adults, they can decalcify their pineal glands, but for now, let them develop a healthy set of teeth first! Check with your dentist to make sure you aren't overdoing the fluoride. What's in your water may be enough; you may not need fluoride toothpaste for your kids! Use bottled water, or a filtration system for yourself, but please don't destroy your children's teeth!!!

Amazingly this works! I have lucid dreams each time I play it when going to sleep. I have visits with people I know, strangers, even famous people, and animals. It's so real. I get into long conversations. My truthful self is thinking and speaking with the person. Even the animals fur feels so soft when I pet them. I experience it with my heart not my mind. Wow, this actually worked for me. I have never had one of these videos work. I remembered many many dreams last night, and at some point, had a false awakening that I recognized, and became lucid. It only lasted probably 30 seconds, but it was awesome.

ummm it worked??? what?? I thought I was just gonna have a nice, peaceful sleep because no music has ever done much more than that for me. But it was so much more with /this/. I astral projected. I literally lifted out of my body and flew over my town. I woke up for a few minutes kind of disoriented and then I went to sleep again and astral projected /again/. I have never experienced something quite like that in my whole 23 years of dreaming. Thank you. Peace and love.

What...just happened. I feel so... connected. Like the earth and I were one for a moment. I'm lying here in bed and for some reason, I felt like some part of my body had risen from me. I'm not even sure if it is there anymore. Maybe it went away from this dreary world to find a better place to call a home. Thank you to whoever mad this. I seem to have gone into a perfect state of mind, and it's so peaceful. I feel like I could just leave this universe and live some where far away from here, yet closer to me than ever imaginable. Even though some part of me felt like it only lifted from me ever so slightly, there was another part that seemed to ascend, farther than the human mind can comprehend.

I had a lucid dream the other night. I was flying through endless glass frames, and I could control the environment I created. I went into a splendid museum and saw a small orb, that orb was our planet. In awe, I was lifted to a higher state, entangled by lights and colors; and then I eventually awoke.

Hey, I just wanted to say I love each and every one of you. I’m not doing good but looking at these comments made me feel like I was something.

I remembered my dream last night. I never remember my dreams, ever. I don’t recall the last time, before last night listening, while I sleep.
I am 45 years old, and I have I never recalled even a fragment of a dream during my adult life. No real reason, no trama, no drama, I married the love of my life, no children but lots of love to give to our dogs and cats. We can not have children, but have accepted it and lived happily married for 15 going on 16 years this May. My point is, no blocks to blame.
After listening to this, for three and half hours (my husband thought I fell asleep watching TV and turned it off exactly 3.5 hours into the program) universe bless him. I recalled what I believe was the tail end of a dream, and right now I can still recite the surroundings, atmosphere, people, actions, feelings, and analog during my vivid dream, in color. It’s a start but most of all to me, it’s a miracle.
All comments are really nice but sometimes I wish there were more that shared spiritual wisdom and their experiences with overcoming hard times and emotions for the sake of spiritual growth and inner peace. I put on this music to help me sleep and you'll never guess what happened! I had a foot amputated a few months ago so I've been dealing with phantom sensations (pain, heat, cold and itching) all in very specific places on my foot that is no longer there. I put this music on and for the first time all year I slept a solid 6 1/2 hours and when I woke up my foot had grown back and I was 3 feet taller, amazing!

I don’t understand how humans have become so disconnected with themselves. Why is it normal to worship a man in the sky but it’s considered fake or stupid to believe in that I am god and god is you and you are everything? I just am waiting for the day that everyone has an awakening in some way or another because this cycle we as a collective have been trapped in is waaay out dated. It’s been known that humans are conscious why do you think we all have our own thoughts? It’s just the fact that our own thoughts can be relatable and that’s what connects us. We have been in a destructive path for far too long and it’s not just me or you or your neighbors I’m talking about. Every single human on this planet has effected Mother Earth In one way or another and either good or bad it’s time for change our planet is asking us for help and we are destroying every last natural resource for our own consumption. We aren’t the only living beings on this planet the trees, every last particle of water has something living in it, animals and yes even bugs themselves are completely conscious. I don’t know what anyone can gain from this but I just want to be heard I speak for the planet and every last living cell on it. this indigo path I have been on since a young kid has really opened up my eyes (all three of em) ;) and if you could take a step back and just study what is really going on I’m sure you would understand me completely
