- Today I am going to break down the Fundrise innovation fund - I’ll share what I like about it, my 2 biggest concerns, how risky of an investment this is and who should definitely NOT invest in it.

Great review. Love the content! Modern Data Infrastructure are companies that provide the computational power like GPUs and other infrastructure critical for LLM technologies to run on which Gen AI applications are built on. I’m in that industry. : )

I have the Innovation Fund also, and so far it is doing good.
Thanks. I used to be a part of FR, but exited a while back and put that money into Sweater. However, yesterday I received an e-mail out of the blue from FR saying that they just added Canva to the Innovation Fund. That's huge to me and piques my interest for sure 🤔🤔
