📌Nice video, love how you take your time to educate your viewers. Right now, I am enjoying a good life and touring round the world with what I made investing. Indeed ,building a Portfolio income(investing) through a licensed investment adviser is one out of many ways to earn passive income.

I like Fundrise. I think of Fundrise like a REIT held by VNQ rather than VNQ itself. VNQ hides a lot of fees as each REIT inside has management fees so my thought has been the main benefit of VNQ is liquidity and diversification but not lower fees.

Too many scam investment platforms out there. I took your advice a few years back and put a little money into another platform you mentioned called Lending Tree. I didn’t see the returns I was expecting. Luckily I got everything I put into it and pulled out as soon as I could.

I'm late in the game and feel like I'm all over the place I don't have lots of money but I'm working on a career and want to be able to be able to take care of my daughter and not be struggling to survive in later in life because we live in California. Thanks and sorry for the short story!

I don't understand anything you said, but what I did catch it you will double your 5k investment to 10k plus in 2023. That's impressive considering most investors take 20 plus years to double money

"Reporting NAV" is not your return. Your labeling it "My returns" is not accurate. You should also share more on the many conflicts in the ADV, including the guaranteed returns to the partners, the lack of ability to secure that return, and that a sale may need to happen at an amount significantly below NAV. This is just a traditional non-traded REIT that doesn't have a history yet.

Fundrise does list payments to bloggers in it's ADV. And many other conflicts an investor should be aware of.

@@wealthhacker I dont trust Fundrise one iota and I dont tell people to invest in savings accounts either. You have to roll with it these days, not like it used to be by any means whatsoever. Trust is gone for people who can see whats going on.
