The only technique that Goku didn't copy, (I mean he created god bind) and should be cannon is the Dragon FIST. But I guess a martial artist like Goku would just learn techniques from people to build up his arsenal
I don't think Mafuba would work on Frieza unless caught off guard(like how Vegeta got caught in it). They had a quote in the Future Trunks Arc about trying it on Fused Zamasu, but didn't go through with that plan since he was too strong... Also that God Bind must've been learnt from Hit vs Jiren. And the Air Attack learnt from his first fight vs Jiren, as he had a similar move.
