2 minutes of flying. 28 minutes of fun lol
Well this time it sure wasnt booring 😁👍
Was ein laberhannes das Ding hat keinen motor😂
One of the best videos from you two guys, esp. that take off, straight over our heads, so spectacular. Plus the dialog, we can feel the passion. Please do another video with this P40.
Thanks John.
Worst feeling in the world: something goes wrong and you don't know why.
Best feeling in the world: you figure out what happened so you can fix it.
Great video - one of your best! (NC/USA)
It was really crazy Clarence. No idea at first.
The mic on your cap is "loud and clear" PERFECT!!!
Robert, I'm so relieved for you that this big, lucky bird got back to base with barely any damage! I love watching you fly this gentle giant P-40 and look forward to seeing it in the air very soon.
Me too Gine. I would share a tear if I would crash it. I hope for redemption flight on Sunday 👍
Cool! 🥰@@PetrincicBrosRC
I knew it! Right from the get go. Throttle cut and gear are on the same switch! Bummer, dudes. Nice save. You had throttle when the gear is down.
What a beautiful bird! Thank God that tiny mistake didnt cost that plane it's life!! Sometimes, it's better to be lucky than good 👍
Robert, perfect response given the emergency situation. Your experience in flying aircraft really shows in this video! Nice save
I had to think really quick this time 😁
My heart stopped beating when I saw this beautiful plane and Mayday in the title. This was one of the best of your videos 3 years ago as this P40 looks so amazingly scale in the air. It is so floaty because for its size its weight is so low. I’ve bought this in green version after I saw your previous video and I love it.
Thanks for bringing it back to the runway for another video although the flight was only half a minute. Maybe we’ll see it again 😊
Thanks H for kind words.
Yea, audio with new mics dialed in sounds great.
You two are great! Your enthusiasm is fun and infectious!
Anxiously awaiting your next flight.
Aircrash Investigation Episode 161: "Almost Deadly Switch" - great safe robert, a balsa version would have dropped like a brick...
Fantastic fun video, Pilot Robert amazing job flying. CPT Blaz nice bike and great video. Salute Jeff in LA USA
Loved the Pointer Sisters reference ("I'm so excited..."). Nice job on the post-accident investigation. Hope to see this beauty back in the air soon!
I hoped today but we have rain for two days now.
yes finally! microphones! you guys sound great! and now youre 10 times more hilarious!
Insane - Some people are lucky and some are good. You my friend are both. Believe me we have all made channel mistakes. And with not so good recoveries. Your hard left take off reminded me of my P-40B take offs. Hard left with quick recoveries required. I'm putting in more right rudder and expo to try and correct it. We'll see next flight. Anyway - thanks for the great wido and lesson in always double checking the throws, switch positions and settings before taking off. Best to the families RC/USA
Thanks Russ for kind words.
Hallo Robert
The werher is great there
Salut from.Hans & irina
Enjoy with airplain
The Destiny tried to warn you before departure: “Guys, check your transmitter switches!” But, maybe, just the plane got jealous, that Blaž caressed the bike! 😂 Anyway, it was good and calm airmanship!🎉
I was wondering for a minute why there is no throttle cut. Should have wonder a little more 😁
This was more than Something hey! This beautiful and sexy P-40 experienced a casualty in real time, thankfully with no serious consequences. Hearing Pilot Robert's heavy breathing makes it so much more authentic and exciting hey! Thank you so much to the Brothers!!!!
This was sick Z 😁
Lol the lads doing an air crash investigation episode live on air good job working it out and the mikes are working a treat always fun double thumbs up 👍
Wow great landing, so happy she is OK.
I am SO relieved you were able to get it back to the field and land it, almost, in one piece! The P-40 is one of my absolute all time favorite aircraft. Being an aviation nerd and avid historian that I am I’m always sensitive to any history around me. I used to fly sailplanes off of Dillingham Airfield on Oahu, Hawaii. Dillingham had P-40’s station on it December 7th, 1941 and managed to get a couple ‘hawks into the air during the attack. The Warhawk wasn’t the best but it was what we had and in the right hands it could be lethal. I love the look, the sound, and the myth of the Warhawk. I own a smaller version of yours and looking at her now hanging on my wall makes me grin like the overgrown nerd that I am.
I too almost had a catastrophic mishap with my P-40 on her maiden with of all things the throttle cut switch! I was making last minute preparations, checking that the hatch was secure and all the surfaces were moving correctly, AILEROOONS! When I brushed the throttle stick with my hand while swiveling her to point down the runway! In my flustered panic I forgot the first rule of flying, aviate! Instead I slapped the throttle stick back and tried to steer her. She ended up ground looping and flooping into some roadside bushes, fortunately with no damage aside from my pride and ego. Had I toggled the throttle cut immediately AFTER pairing all would have been well. Needless to say the maiden continued without further incident, after much checking and bad words muttered under my breath.
Glad it didn’t go worse! Stay awesome and stay safe! SALUTE!!!
Things happen Christopher 😁 But still the best hobby in the world.
Thank goodness you got it down in one piece such a lovely model!
First take off right at the crowd, immediately crashes. Fun in the sun flying😊
Good troubleshooting. Glad you figured it out.
Captain LUCK was on your team today! Glad she survived for another flight.
Nice save!
Robert is really thinking clear, even in the melting heat.
Had to think really fast this time 😁
Look at Dis. OH NOOOOOOOO😭. That was close to major damage 😢. 1am and this Old Man enjoying with my coffee ☕. So glad you got it figured out 👍. Looking forward to the next try✈️. Do Love Me Some Brothers and Alina ✈️🧔💝💝💝
Capt Robert, after nearly taking your brothers lovely head off on take off you must learn to use rudder control on take off, glad to see the plane was safe let's have another go soon, this is ut😅😮
I love these unedited videos...we get to see the whole story. Thanks.
Phew!! Great job getting it down… and then working out what caused the fun and games!! Love this plane… looks fantastic when it flies 😍🤗🤪👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Its really piece of art my friend 👍
Best video A very valuable lesson learned today. Pilot Robert..
Well at least you know why. You should drill holes on one side of the radio and move some switches over to your good side. Well done on the save 🫡
Roberts mishap tried to kill the plane and then the plane tried to kill Captain Blaz!! Then Captain Robert almost had a heart attack when the throttle stopped. The best part is that no one died, not even the plane. This video will go down in history my friends.
AirHammer out!!
Great video almost as good as the first flight (still my favourite video along with Blaz throwing up after starting an engine)
This had it all ,almost kill the camera man , technical malfunction, great emerging landing and a full accident report.
All the thrill in few seconds 😂
I love the look and size of this airplane. I wish Eflite would buy the molds, tune it up and sell it!
this is epic and the best one! Splendid save! Respect!
Btw, mike on the hat sounds great
YOU GUYS ARE BAD ASSES
from Northern California 🍺🤘🏻
I salute that great save of your big bird! 😊
Welcome to the family ☺️. It's a good lesson for all to review everything before flying. Love you boys!
It sure was my friend 😂
lesson learned keep the planes and radio setup simple. All my planes and helicopters are only 4 channels with 1 switch for high rates and low rates....LOL
That was a nice save. Bringing it in with gear up is the way to go when you have a problem with a big warbird.
At least its still in one piece.
Another great video from two of the most entertaining YT personalities in the world! I salute you!
I jumped on here right after the “dead stick” to try and help you diagnose the problem. From this side of the screen (with personal experience) it was clear what happened, but (because of the distraction of your entertainment) before I finished my comment you had worked it out yourself. Well done, sir!
The plane seems to have had an emotional moment too . its mascara is running😊
God was watching over you. 🙏
I like the heavy breathing 💪🏼😂
Beautiful bird. I had the smaller 4 cell version. Salute Pilot Robert and capt Blaź, form Durban South Africa
Tiger shark baby!
P40 one of my favourite planes. I almost didn’t want to watch because of the mayday, but glad I did… Even though I’m on holiday in Portugal I still have to check you two out…
I hope for great redemption flight my friend.
Good save capt rob, love the motor cycle capt blaze
OH YEAH 🇬🇧🇸🇮
HI ROBERT AND THANKS FOR SHARING AND MAKING MY MORNING.
Hi MIKE!
@@jonoedwards4195 HI JONO HOWS THINGS MY FRIEND GOOD I HOPE. ✌🏼🤩
Now with the new mics we can hear you heavy breathing, thought you were in the bedroom.😂
My god I can't believe this 😲😬 Salutes all around 🫡
Always great entertainment
HAVE TO SAY THIS AGAIN THE NEW MICROPHONES ARE BRILLIANT 👍🏼🇸🇮
Dis is it! This video is definitely up there! Its even joy to watch with almost no flying! 👍🏻
Its ready for round two 😁
@@PetrincicBrosRC great! Let us see soon ! :)
So special , the Brits used them in Africa and Americans in Burma
i love you guys...great hobby been flying over 10 years...
That was awesome pilot Robert You are very lucky and you did a magnificent save on your beautiful flying Tigers P40 The shark mouth came about with the flying Tigers group That were sent to China Commanded by Claire Chanault ! Great video thank you for brightening up my Friday morning Love you brothers from New York State USA

I salute you both for your on the field problem solving skills. Very nice my friends. I look forward to seeing this beautiful bird soar again soon. Salute my brothers from the USA.
And big salute back T.
Nice deadstick Pilot Robert. The P40 is one of my favorite warbirds.
Saved plane, greetings from Mexico.
You guys are GREAT! I remember first video of this P-40. Blaz the bike is 😎.
Just be careful. Got some cool video of the bike. Robert saluting his mistake lol!! We've all done it. Very busy here this week I think I have missed two vids. Nooooo!!
I loved this one so much , I'm so happy the bird still lives , but as always Robert I'm.laughing so much , I can't imagine a day without your videos, the best ever , thank you both for always giving us 100% lee over in uk
We are so lucky that we have the passion to film this amazing hobby.
OOOOPS!!!! Hahaha!! This is a classic Rob! I kept thinking it has to be something to do with the landing gear but I thought maybe something got unplugged when the gear moved. This was a good one!
It was sich my friend. I really didnt see it comming 😄
The stupid things we do are always amusing in this hobby! SALUTE!
Holy smokes . What the luck hey
Lol I feel much better now I'm not the only one to do such a silly thing. Quick salute great piloting!!!!
It happens 😁
Great job Brothers . Wow double progranned switch eh ? I;ll have to watch out for that . Glad the plane is OK .
First thing i do on any programming or plane is Throttle Cut , always on switch H . SALUTE 🇨🇦
I had no idea my friend.
I hope you fly it again soon. This has been one of my favorites since you did the maiden!
So funny, i was trying to work out the problem 😂😂
What a great laugh I had watching this video! You guys are so funny. "I get excited and just can't hide it" that was the best ! Thanks for the laughs!!!
18:53 You did it exactly what i did in my 2m mustang maiden. Instead of gear up i did throttle cut. Fortunately I noticed it in one second and switched throttle back. Good save, any maiden is a stressful.
Thanks boys good learning for all
Hello my friends!! Looks like some of my flying, haha. Glad plane not damaged too much. Always look forward to all your videos! Take care and big salute from eastern North Carolina
I love this plane! I love that's pilot's!!! Good luck!!!
You guys are a trip…nice save, great video and nice bike
That is a beautiful craft. In 1995 my buddy had a 1/5 scale p-40 with a two stroke chainsaw motor in his craft and I had a 1/5 scale at-6 Texan more like a bt-13 with the zenoah g62 in it. Fun times. Unfortunately Jim had a engine failure and try to land downwind and crash and burn. And at that fun fly the zimmermans had a half-scale tiger moth and they dropped out a three-foot-tall paratrooper. And apparently someone passing by our airstrip called 911 and said someone jumped out of their airplane. The funny part was the zimmermans showed the pilot of being a three-foot-tall dummy with brass kids shoes for weight to open the chute and such. It was a interesting day I still have a 1/5 scale supermarine spitfire with the super tiger 3000, nitro.
Amazing my friend 👍
Stuff like this happens. The other day I managed to have my throttle stick and throttle cut switch backwards. Plugged in the battery and was immediately at full throttle. Battery pulled out, it was still in my grasp, but the plane still went about 10 feet before crashing into one of the parked cars. Thankfully no one injured and only a broken prop. Oh, my ego was hurt a little.😊
It happened to me once. I was cut a lot on my hands and belly.
@@PetrincicBrosRC Ouch! 😥
Lucky guy. It could’ve been a lot worse. I am pleased there wasn’t too much damage. It’s a beautiful aircraft.
So basically a user error - but at least you made a great safe landing . I once destroyed a plane with a similar error. So, the pre flight checks were not sufficiently complex - lesson learned ... keep the fun going !
Great immediate deadstick! Been there a few times. You have to get the bird down right away. :)
Beautiful, and Sexy dead stick landing. Great video boys. 👊🏻
Pilot Robert is promoted to Capt for... 1. A great no power landing. And 2. Figuring out the problem at the field
Well thanks Jeff 😎😉
A disaster averted . reminds me of Apollo 13. Great deadstick landing. You guys should have a tv chat show. Excellent.
I really didnt expect this to happen.
Brilliant video guys! 😆😆😆😆👍👍👍
great save pilot robert,i like how you show your mistakes, better luck next time
You were so excited, you just couldn't hide it, you were about to lose control, and you think'd to right it!
Wow so lucky to be able to land . We have a big fw190 and we had a bird strike on take off which took all of our blades off instant dead stick we managed to land in grass but we loads more damage plus the poor bird 😩 but we’ll done boys what a great dead stick landing 💪🫡
Nice dead stick landing.
I can't believe I have been waiting 3 years to see that plane fly!!! You did a great job with the dead-stick landing. Hopefully we can see a proper maiden now!!! LOL
If rain will stop we will film redemption flight today 👍
Good job Robert plus nice landing an yes that would be so sad if something happened to the plane.
Holy Foam
I love this VID so much!!
Oh Pilot Robert You saved that in the heat of the moment you had nothing and so low 10/10 for reaction and perfect Belly Landing saving your Beast , thats from experience and quick problem solving super happy that you saved it and Capt. Blaz at least had a head shave in the beginning Salute From OZ You Guys Rock
I was really thinking hard what to do 😁
You pare are funny....great flight...😂
“I’m excited and just can’t hide it” 😂 ….beautiful save pilot Robert ! 🫡
Thanks M 😁
Great save!
I remember being obsessed with this plane after watching pearl harbor
This sounds like something I would do 🤣🤣🤣
