Very nice work!! Love the solar and lights. Thanks for putting the check list for completing the shed... Mucho Helpful!! Inside and Flooring paint - great idea!!
We are looking into getting this shed as well but are hesitant due to the missing parts issue. By any chance, do you have the contact information for the Costco liason who assisted you? I am glad everything was resolved. Shed looks beautiful!
Just ordered an 8x12 version of this shed, and I'm pretty worried. Have you thought of insulating it? It looks like the studs are 20" on center. Is that correct?
Thanks for reviewing this. Were there any discrepancies between the manual and the actual build? I bought a yardline that wound up being cut 2" higher on the front and back peaks. I didn't catch it in time so now it looks like a gingerbread house.
After receiving the shed and starting it, mine says 120”x141”. That’s a problem if you have a slab. Beware when buying this shed if you already have a foundation.
They should be towards the top of box 1, but they’re also on the Costco website. www.costco.com/Northport%20Wood%20Storage%20Shed%20-%20Do%20It%20Yourself%20Assembly.product.1690528.html?sh=true&nf=true
Sorry if you answered it in the video, but what was the quality of the lumber? Wife bought some baby chickens and ducks that'll probably need to be moved outside sooner than later. Was gonna design my own coop, but figured the quickest and easiest thing to do would be to just convert a shed, and this is on sale again at Costco. Thanks.

Your back fence is awesome! I am impressed
Great idea to paint the inside. Looking to get the 8x12 from Costco currently on sale
Hi thanks for the video, it's very informative. I'm looking for your video on the solar kit. Have you posted it yet?

Did you build it on top of 4x4?
I have a concrete pad and I’m thinking about not building it with those 4x4 mentioned in the instructions.

There weren’t discrepancies in the cuts, but there were a few issues with the instructions that were easy to work around.
Does this shed use true 2x4”? Or are they a bit smaller? Thanks!
They measure 1.5”x3.5”, the same as if you were to buy them at Home Depot.
Hi did the shed come with a certificate. Well I'm Florida it's called NOA . Thanks
No, there wasn’t a certificate although it may be different in Florida.
Do you remember if it’s a true 10x12? I have a slab I poured for it.
The floor is 10’x12’, but the trim and siding overhang all around.

Where were the instructions? I just had mine delivered it’s 2 packages and box 1 of 2 is on the bottom .

Why are you talking so softly?
Omg do not buy this shed its horrible!!!
Why?
why do you say that?
When we first got it all, the wood was warped. The company did end up reimbursing us for the wood we had to buy. They also painted the shed for us.

I was happily surprised with the quality of lumber. There were maybe one or two 2x4s that had a slight twist but overall the quality was great.
