I will definitely give it a go and thanks for the tip. It is easy to do with the layout I have. I should also create a larger surface to film on. I am on top of a speaker with a desk lamp over top to limit shadows, but the speakers size forces me to zoom in making the issue worse for you all. If I get into this a lot more, enjoying it so far, I will figure out how to setup the DSLR so that it will focus on items properly and create a little area in the basement to film in.
Good question. I currently only have one Maxpedition pouch, Fatty, but just got it and haven't packed it out yet. It does have the same layout as the all good pouch but is much larger. As for quality, both seem well made, I do like the small amount of padding in the all good pouch and the zippered pocket on the inside, don't believe the smaller Maxpedition pouches have that option. I have a few viperade pouches that I like, but I would say the all good pouch is better quality, but not sure it is double the price better. This pouch fit a need for me, and I might buy another. What I have seen from viperade and the Maxpedition pouch, I have no issue buying those either. I probably didn't answer your question well, but since I generally lean toward budget friendly gear it is difficult for me to say it is that much better.
So I always carry a bunch of stuff to work that would either go in a pocket of my backpack or a small bag(s) that would go into the pocket. That essentially became a junk drawer and you had to dig through the pocket to find what you wanted and some stuff gets scratched. The pouches organize the gear to make it easier to grab and also protects it as well. So essentially it is a backpack organizer for my uses. Some of the bigger pouches can be used as a tool pack so there are many uses.
The cut down BIC pen is genius!
Great vid!
Dont feel bad, this just took 50$ away from my Nightforce 1-8 money.
