    Raw milk is an excellent fertilizer..u can add 5 to 7 tbsp of raw milk to a round half litre water occassionally..
    Wenever u clip the plant due to overgroth u can sow the clipped plant in another pot..even a leaf produces more money plant..

    You explain so nicely and beautifully. Please share tips to control flies that are coming out of potting mix from my indoor plants. Thanks!

    • @SpiritBear12
      @SpiritBear12 5 лет назад

      Scrape the top layer about an inch deep off your plants and discard that soil outside. Replace that soil with fresh clean soil. Do this with all your plants. You might have to do it a number of times before you knock down the population depending on how bad it is. Flies are laying eggs in the soil, but they can lay them only so deep.
      Another thing you could do is put some dish detergent in a spray bottle with water, don't over do the soap. Make sure the soap is well mixed in the water and spray down just the soil, try not to get it on the leaves. Saturate the soil with the soapy water. It will help kill any eggs or larvae or flies that might be in the soil, but it's safe for the plants.
      Do you know what kind of flies are in your soil? I'm assuming they're fruit flies. That happened to me before. They are frustrating to get rid of.

    • @justMariL
      @justMariL 5 лет назад

      Dust your potted plants with diatomaceous earth to keep the topsoil dry and desiccate any larvae or gnats that land on the plant. On the day you water your plant, add some more diatomaceous earth to the soil again.

It worked really well for me I hope same works for you too :). Happy gardening.

I have some questions: 1) a couple little bunches have some healthy looking leaves that connect down low very close to the root and the root looks healthy also. Can i wash the roots and repot them directly into soil or are the roots most likely already contaminated? 2) can i repot all the clippings into one pot after they have grown roots? Thanks!

    Maam.. Your videos and tips are really helpful.
    One of my friend gifted me a money plant on my birthday in July.
    But till now no new leaves have grown. The plant looks healthy but it is not growing at all. It's been 4 months now.

      U dont need to care much for money plant..even if it is considered indoor plant see to it it gets substantial air and sunlight..keep the soil moist by sprinkling it with a sprinker rather then putting jugs of water..dig the soil lightly regularly..

    I seriously wanted to ask you this. How come they are so dense

    • @texaspapi89
      @texaspapi89 4 года назад +1

      When the vine grows long tuck part of it under the soil in the pot. Just keep doing it till it’s as dense as you want it or you can’t anymore. Pothos grow nodes that will anchor the plant down by growing into roots. Hope this helps

      It will take really long. You can also just bury those cuttings in soil directly

    In India there is an old saying that this plant makes you rich but you should not buy this plant or ask your friends to give. You get richer only if you steal this plant from someone who is wealthy ;) never tried though :)
