That truck driver trying to help that lady was really awesome. Like he saw all that shit going down and was like "Get in my truck, we'll be safer in here than out there."
It doesn't happen much in real life because the risk of the hostage letting hurt or killed, its only used in dire situation hen you don't have much time because an explosive vehicle was on fire
Thats because its 2 different comm links. One for his team, the other for command. Its how you keep channels from being cluttered. You cant function when every team is talking over each other on comms, so each team has their own channel. The button is a switch that temporarily changes his comm channel to communicate with command instead of his team. Its not the same thing you see on regular patrol officers who carry their radio mic on the shoulder. Tactical teams have voice activated comms through a headset because they need to communicate while ALWAYS having their hands free for tactical use.
I know right! There's even a video that shows how this particular scene was filmed and everything. When you see that and then watch this scene, it feels so crazy knowing they did this all in one take 🔥😎💥
oh my god i lost it and just laughed when that charger did the totally unnecessary drift lmao every clip ive watched so far has been such a complete joke 10/10 comedy show
I can't help but wonder. I used to work graveyard shift for convenience stores. Fuel deliveries came during my shift. After watching the driver "stick the tanks", using a measuring stick to check how much fuel was in the underground tanks, the driver would set up. The hoses were on shelves on the side of the tanker. None of the hoses were ever connected directly to the tank until it was time to deliver the load. Apparently, in California, they have a hose connected to the tank before the truck arrives to deliver the load. As we see here, that can be fairly dangerous!
This scene was shoot in castaic ca that moms and pops truck stop across from the pilot travel truck stop. Funny I'm a trucker my self and I had to pull over to use the bathroom and I got with this surprise
They were already on scene, brought in to aid an investigation into human trafficking, used for tactical support against armed suspect. The SWAT were already on scene, and therefore took chase. As it was a semi, a terradyne Gurkha is one of the better chances of stopping the vehicle
I think I stopped watching by either the first or second episode. They got into a gunfight with terrorist in the middle of downtown, complete with RPGS and everything 💀
Right lol, is anyone gonna call in EMS for this guy? No, just a wounded civilian here who got shot because SWAT came in hot and escalated the situation...
How they did all of that in one take is insane. All of the work put into filming this scene is incredible. Production, rehearsal and then the final go-around. The BTS video explains the process of all of that, but it's still insane how they got it all done in that one take.

HAHA, I loved that.
"You step one step closer I'm g-"

Yeah, what? *What?* Huh? You ain’t gonna do Jack sh-!
They don't even let the bad guy finish his sentence before he gets blasted in the shoulder. 3:42 Now that's badass.

Me: Boi, ain’t nobody got time for dat!
The amount of cars and trucks backing up is unreal
They were paid actors 😂
@@Silverpink909 no sh$t Sherlock?!
Moment of respect for Hondo's drift at 2:02
Street was the one that did the drift, Hondo was in the truck with Tan 2:19
Notice how it saved 0 speed and even slowed the vehicles following him
Hondo is not driving a Dodge Charger it's Street who's driving that charger infront
such a Street thing to do
My bad
This is the best action scene I’ve seen S.W.A.T. chasing after a tanker truck with the Gurkha and the fast ass chargers!
Same
I love swat movies they r the best😎😎😎
3:45-“you come one step closer…” He shoots me anyway!
3:53-“…and, of course, you saved my dumb ass!”
Legend has it that the guy that was shot is still sitting there
haha
2:02 Damn that's a smooth one. I always do that when I play NSF:MW
Gotta love how Hondo completely fails to mention the guy who got shot when he radios the info
That's what Code 4 means - situation is back to normal, everything else is under control.
@@spdcrzy I am pretty sure he means the truck driver that got shot by the criminal
I'm sure he did radio it in, but they probably cut it out to shorten the episode
He need the take the suspect down

"Fall back!"
Me: "FIRE IN THE HOLE!"

I chuckled when he was about to be all cool and hold her hostage but then gets shot and gives up
The chargers🤤
I love the plastic bump helmet
and i like a black attire of swat
I love how they left the guy after he got shot in the leg and got his truck stolen
You can see there's an officer tending to him, but just for only a brief second and not even a full shot, just half of the officer's body is shown
Man these human traffickers took a lot of defensive driving classes and rented a lot of time at the track.
And can drive a 18wheeler

at 3:17, the curb doesn't exist. the car just drives over it as if nothing is there
3:43 nice moment
Maybe it's standard procedure, but Hondo giving a runaway semi-truck's licence plate number seems a little unnecessary. 🤣

How do you get these episodes
Shout out to Dave the truck driver

He did not deserve it
A lot of vehicles just randomly backing up
Hondo! Deacon! Chris! Street! Tan! Luca! Thank goodness you all are ok!
It was funny that half of the LA police chased that one man.

Can you please say which series is this
why tf is the SWAT called for this ? This is so unrealistic, even de SWAT truck goes on the pursuit...

how this ridiculous show got to 4 seasons amazes me
