Hi there! They have family play times with no age restriction; however, if you want to drop your child off to enjoy the kids club and come back later to get them, the age is 4-12 years old. They are open from 9-5pm and again from 7-9pm.

Hi, I haven’t completely finished this video so sorry if my questioned is answered later in the video, but are there any larger slides in the resort than the ones displayed in the beginning half of the video?
Hi! This is aqua nick, which is their water park, and we didn’t see any larger slides anywhere else on the resort

Great videos, do you have to tip or is it included?
Hi! It’s not mandatory to tip, but customary to tip at times for the individuals that clean your room or that help with your luggage.
Also remember that the US dollar is more powerful than their money, so if tipping in US dollars a few dollars goes a long way.
