This is a re-upload of content from a youtube account named Eppur. Eppur created all these phenomenal synthesia videos, but was then deleted by youtube, for whatever reason. Mark has kindly re-uploaded them here, but I have no idea if Mark himself has any interest in making any himself. I don't remember if Eppur ever made videos of the piece you requested, but other channels have re-uploaded his videos, you might try looking at those.
