Good to see you back Neil.! The Highland trails look like they are getting better all the time. I'm planning heading back up North again in July and spending a couple of days checking them out. on the way back to Stornoway. I'll probably base myself around Aviemore and travel from there. I'll dm you for advice on potential ones to add to the list.
Trails look in great condition for time of year. They must have had a recent dig day. I'm looking to get here soon so good timing with the video. I enjoy your vids as you're just round the corner from me so great to see the local trails...👍
You're right, never heard of Aigas before this vid. Looked like great fun though and I really like it near Beauly. Loving this content you've put up. For Munros try Beinn a' Bhuird near Braemar. Think Scotty Laughland has the ride on his channel in his Aberdeenshire vid and McTrail Rider definitely does. I wouldn't do the full loop just the "there and back" return ride. At worst its only a push up in spots (no bike on shoulders hike-a-bike) and maybe a good one to do with the e-bike. The 5km descent back down is awesome - I think Trailforks has it as a red and that sounds right.
Well riden and trails look mint, Neil. A bit of local knowledge would go a long way there with the steep sections. Also best part of riding at the moment, nae midgies! 😀👍🍻
