Watching this you realise why City is so successful as a club and why many choose to go the academy and why they tend to succeed in their careers whether at city or elsewhere with the best infrastructure available for them including elite staff, best facilities (gym, canteen, pitches etc) and education with the understanding of the tactical element of the game and mental health. That is an elite football club.
The players just gotta make sure to continue the intense mentality and hardwork when they switch teams. Sadly jadon sancho doesnt work with much intensity anymore
Ah yes A very successful club One player off their lives because they released him cuz he was injured. Couldn’t give him another opportunity. His friends (eg cole Palmer) ends up succeeding.
Good attitude and work ethic, he's a talented youngster. I hope he continues to be one of our academy gems as he has the potential to break into the first team in a couple of years.
We need more of this, I like to watch a player's development and their daily life as a academy player, know what it's like to play with the first team, what is like talking with Pep Guardiola and the first team's players and etc. I wish you could do more of this, or do a series of a academy player that has gone through all that process, since he was a kid to the moment they become a premiere league player. Just choose one young player, I don't know if that's possible, but it would be amazing to watch a players growth from a young age to a full fledge premiere league player.
Witnessing one of our homegrown talents make their mark in the senior squad is truly special; their unwavering determination is inspiring. Here's to hoping everything falls into place for young Jaden.
I always like to see young players succeed even if they don’t play for my team! Hope he gets his first team debut soon and goes up from there. Seems like a hardworking guy with a good personality.
Love that even with all the star players Man City signs in the transfer market, they still make great usage of their youth academy with players like Phil Foden. I wouldn't be surprised if they even got Cole Palmer back from Chelsea
This is the fact why man city successful *Top level la masia graduates and players , Josep Guardiola, txiki begiristain. Earlier mikel arteta, then many previous assistant managers , made the total Citizens* environment much much professional and also better than la masia in some aspects
Man city’s academy is truly very organized, one question though that I have always wondered about these academies was when and how school worked around these all day academies?
I hope to see him in the future lots of Potential positive understands what it takes to get to the Level of Rico Foden Alvarez I really want to see him coming in for our Academy and pep uses him the same way he started with Rico and trust respect Attitude Pep liked Rico more and more from then hope it might be the same for him
Ok this is probably totally irrelevant beyond this already extremely lovely and insightful look at a day in his life at the academy- but can we all just agree that Jaden has unquestionably the most envy-worthy phenomenal gorgeous hair that anyone’s ever seen on the planet lol?????? Because I know it’s a completely superficial observation that has no bearing necessarily on the obviously already genuine, fantastic and intelligent kid and player that he so clearly is, but I can’t stop thinking about it every time they show him going throughout his day lol!!!!!!! 💕🤷🏻♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sorry, Jaden, for the kind of distracting commentary here lol and keep working hard and doing what you’re doing, because the CFA and the club couldn’t be luckier to have such an awesome player like yourself!!!!!!! I can’t wait to see you in the first team because we all know that you’re definitely going places with this great trajectory! 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
I understand that football is so hard and that’s why the best get through but if you put anyone at Manchester City with the right things since the age of 4 it’s gunna be hard not to be a half decent footballer that makes it.
People forget the work these kids put and what they risk with their decisions to become footballers. Of course the can go to uni later in life too and have another carreer if it doesn't work out but imagine to train all your life and have an injury or something. The mental toll it ll have on ya

There’s nothing like seeing your academy player breaking in to the first team, he seems so determined, hope it works out for Jaden
Even if doesn't work out at man city. Players in championship are getting 60k a week.
@@93lornamaeno they’re not it’s lie, 15-40k 15k for the smaller clubs obviously and 30-40k for the bigger clubs

This has to be one of the most inspiring videos nevermind the career you in. Great this.
This is incredible, I hope we can see a video about every player. I'm sure is pure motivation for kids.
