Late 80s early 90s great era for Soul funk house garage vocal smooth chill out Dance music
Without doubt the best era for house music.
I regularly listen to strictly rhythm/king street back catalogues. It was a golden era for underground house, one we’ll probably never see again.
I’d give anything for one more night at the hacienda listening to Todd Terry, MAW, Tony humphries etc.

this is so good, i graduated hs in 99, was learning how to dj out on long island and then moved to ireland in 01... wild, went from house, garage, hiphop to trance, techno, and hard house... great times. remember i used to rock this Nervous Records hat everywhere i went haha
