King Diamond ..Mercyful Fate. He sounds a little like Kim but more reminiscent of Tony Harnell or even a not as good Warrel Dane circa Sanctuary. Anyway, I think this concept album with old school vibes is excellent ..superb, brilliant and as dashing as James Bond's pubes.
