    Dough ingredients:
    ( 90 Pieces )
    1 kg of 650 flour
    400 ml mineral water
    100 ml white wine
    150 g sour cream
    4 egg yolks
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    To grease the dough :
    700 g OSANZA, pork fat
    finely chopped (fat butter)
    200 g flour
    Filling:
    1 x 325ml jar plum jam
    100 g ground walnuts
    To sprinkle:
    100 g icing sugar
