Trains in New York State 1998.

A few minutes of video salvaged from a brief trip to New York State in 1998 after suffering a camera malfunction (to say the least!).
I suppose the most interesting items of motive power seen were the soon to be retired ex New Haven EMD FL9s... and I think a re-vamped Turbo-train all making their way along the banks of the Hudson river.

Nice stuff! You have there. Yes, most of it is gone. Even a an all new Croton shop building has been fabricated. I lived in Peekskill(Turbo shot) right up untin the fall of that year(98').
