  • This home workout will build muscle in your chest and triceps effectively using only dumbbells and your bodyweight. It combines key exercises targeting both muscle groups for growth and strength without a gym.
    ▸ 15 reps or close to failure
    ▸ 3 Sets per exercise
    ▸ Dumbbells + Bodyweight (I was using 10kg dumbbells)
