I too have been wanting to see Cosmos back in June and have been waiting for the international release date. And as a hardcore Sailor Moon fan, I feel insulted that the people over at Toei didn’t even bother to give out a international release date to us Sailor Moon fans. Now that I’ve managed to buy it off from eBay and to finally watch it from beginning to end, I feel great. So I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about Cosmos. Even though some of the scenes were rushed, I still loved and enjoyed the film for what it is. It was really great to see the Shadow Galactica characters such as Sailors Lethe, Mnemosyne, Phi & Chi. And the 5th and final Animamate that never got a chance to appear in the 90s anime, Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon. When she appeared on screen, I started to mark out and even though she only had a little screen time, it was still great seeing her. I love the Stars arc in the 90s because of the Animamates have personality and characterization that made me care for them like Aluminum Siren & Lead Crow, who are my favorites out of the Animamates group next to Galaxia. I've seen Sailor Moon Cosmos two parts films the other day on Netflix and while that I do like the up to date designs characters like the Sailor Starlights, Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, Princess Kakyuu and the Shadow Galactica but I still don't like the ending of the second part film in fact I still prefer from the from the 90's Anime. I mean we never got to see the Sailor Starlights and Princess Kakyuu revive just like Sailor Moon and her friends at the end of the film plus it was never revealed if Artemis and Diana were revived just like Luna. I know the Japanese writer have worked so hard since this is the final Sailor Moon Crystal Series but they really haven't think things throught at all, I'm very sorry but this is my own honest opinion but I still prefer Sailor Moon Eternal two part films over Sailor Moon Cosmos two part films because at least there aren't too many characters killed un like this one.
Well now you can stop your rant because Sailor Moon Cosmo Movies Part I & II recently released on Netflix for the Western Audience..... I knew Netflix probably would pick it up because with the Sailor Moon Enternal Movies and the series Crystal had released on their streaming service. I learned to waited patiently😂 jk lol. You have to really understand that these SM Crystal TV Series and Movies are faithful to the source materials and the 90 Series was sort of not with a lot of unnecessary monster of the week fillers.....Just like One Piece and Dragon Ball they had to slow down to catch up with the manga that wasn't done. I grew up with the OG show but appreciate Crystal more for adapted the darker/accurate story of Usagi.
Gaaaahhhh!!!! I have soooo much to say about this movie!!!! Seeing as I watched the anime series version only last year to prepare for the final movie; I can remember what happened vaguely. But I DEF remember ALL the changes that were made in this movie. I just finished it last night in English. So yeah, I watched ur review to see if you were gonna hit any of the points I made/thought of while watching it, which you did, but really only a few. Sooo, basically, I’ma make my own review in the future based off the Dub I seen. Only, mine are gonna have a buncha spoilers, so it may end up just being a private/linked vid mostly talking to myself. Cuz I don’t like spoilers myself, but I really just wanna get all the things I was thinking off my chest. But anyways, thank you for your review, even if it was a bit short. This has confirmed my decision to DEFINITELY make a review for myself/Channel, and am glad you are a fan as well/deep dived into the story. 🖤🤍🖤🤍
I love Sailor Moon Cosmos it the best is compared Cosmos to Avengers Infinity War, Endgame and Justice League Dark Apocalyps War which does films are best now Sailor Moon Cosmos becomes best.

it was ok but i missed the humor of the old subbed sailor moon stars . the original had a lot of humor especially between Usagi and Sai . but it seemed like cosmos had hardly no humor like it feel like a antagonists to friends between the two like it was in the stars series. in cosmos she seemed more infatuated by the Stars then in the original idk maybe its just poor memory i havent seen the stars series in years.
