I don’t know what the above comment has in mind, but bruh - if someone could make a rotation video which is somewhere in the middle of Virge’s “Just use 1,2,3!” And JakeRL’s “Rotations are whatever works!” I would be very happy.
@Yatsu It does not make you a gc but you can for sure learn from watching urself. If you ever think your teammates suck, watch the replay and you "might" notice something about yourself. you will for sure see flaws in your positioning for time to time, You will also notice pass posibilities that you didnt notice ingame. I can go on. I have an idea that you actually havent tried and is just talking bs. Many people rewatch gameplay and many many gives the same advice. Getting a coach can be an expensive shortcut but you dont need to If you arent rlcs and is on a deadline lol.
I was a “freestyler” in silver and have been actually free styling for a while now so u can guess I’m a pretty good diamond 3 lol. It’s cool to see someone who doesn’t freestyle attempt these shots
This mans really being slept on. I swear one of these days hes gonna 1v1 sunless or fluump and absolutely destroy them, then he blows up as a rl youtuber
I just realized he has under 100k, the effort this man has I thought the least he deserves is a quarter mil, hopefully he makes it one day he deserves it
@@RuthlessTrix you do realise that his whole I spent 100 hours doing whatever series, was probably shot in less than a few hours LMAO and he just makes out it's 100 hours. It's not exactly hard, just record yourself doing ariels in free play for a hour or 2 then when editing the video put all your fails and shit goals at the start of the video and put the few nutty goals you do score at the end if the video and pretend it's from 100h of improvement. Very simple. And very misleading.
@@Thanovic well if that's the case I stand corrected. 3 hours a day though seems like a lot for the average player. but if it's your fulltime job then it's doable
Thanovic, as a freestyler myself i have some tips. First for the ceiling breezi, often the ball was too low to get any height so u could have popped it up more if it is too high take a touch then do the breezi it helps a lot. Wall musty's r pretty hard but I suggest u pop the ball at a lower angle and aim ur car at a lower angle too this would help u generate WAY MORE POWER in the musty and u can easily get a double touch(sometimes it might even go to the ceiling). Double flip resets of urs r pretty good but u could go a little bit faster as ur double flip resets r sometimes too low and if ur trying this in a ranked match it would be easy to defend. For breezi's I have no tips u got it down pretty good. U can use these tips so that u could get more consistent.
I’m a diamond 1 and can hit triple sometimes quad resets. I can hit lots of clips and because I don’t focus on rank I’m still a diamond does that make me not a freestyler? You all just jealous that he’s lower rank then you and can hit better clips lmao.
I know you said you will stop the series for the moment, but when you return to it I'll love a 100h of Defense, I think that will help A LOT on your game in general.
Here's an idea: over the course of about a year, practice for an average of about 10 hours per week (that way you can take a break) on all of the things you have done in this series. (Eg, double taps, double flip resets, even flip resets) This would just be to hone in your skills.
jus one tip for the ceilling musty: your setups are innconcistant so the ball will some time go too low so you struggle to get there. If you try and perfect it you will get much more concistant with the shot
dude all your videos are so helpful, truthful and enjoyable. i cant even begin to describe how much of an inspiration you are to thousands of people including myself, thank you so much
Hey thanovic I just want to thank you because I got rocket league 1 month ago and I’m already at gold 1 in 2s I watched some of your tutorials and other videos and I think it has helped me! That’s a sub for me
Always appreciate the insight into what it takes to pull off these moves. These 100 hours videos have been amazingly instructional! Thanks for all the work you've put into them!
Good luck on your break boss. Enjoy it while you can For future videos I feel: “100 hours teaching a new player/ teacher players from each rank” “100 hours playing with a specific player/ 3’s team”
I have an idea. You should do a series where you basically train as hard as you can and challenge pros or other youtubers like musty or wayton. Then you basically see how you improve and give advice at the same time. With some memes and stuff it could be cool. Hope you like the idea. I dont know what you would call it though.
Series idea: I played with 5 people from each rank, and helped them get to their next desired, or deserved rank. Also: You could do one like, I recorded every match that I played for 2 weeks. Here's my improvement. (You just basically record whenever you feel like it and see if people normally improve by just seeingwhat they're doing wrong and stuff)
My video idea for you: Why your stuck at/community coaching... this wouldn’t be a tutorial but instead it would be a 1 on 1 coaching session with a person at each rank, tracking their progress over a little while, and hopefully seeing improvement and giving tips to everyone. You have done videos similar to this but many of them are general and spend little time on each rank and I think it would be interesting to see something more specific. I would be VERY open to being the first student(Gold 2). Love your vids thanks.
I’m a Diamond2-3 player and out of boredom I tried learning flip resets for about 1.5 hours, I felt so good playing after this, I had more car control, felt more confident etc and generally played better, I didn’t however try one flip reset in a competitive match but just by practicing therm I felt wayyy better. I uploaded a video of my first crappy flip reset in training if anyone cares xD
Literally flexing on us plebs with these juicy shots. As an idea for 1 of the videos I'd like to see the comparison between "you BEFORE you started these 100h series" * VS * "you AFTER all these trainings etc". (And maybe some statistics)
'All rocket league trickshots, an their names' this would be a awesome video idea since alot of new people joining the game don't know the names of most of the cool shots they might wanna practice?
100 hours on a single freestyle mechanic? Like the ceiling shuffle/ceiling shuffle switch? That's a lot of time but you will hit some very very good shots
I'm plat so this is prob not that reliable, lmao, but for the double reset I have a method to make it a little bit easier if you still struggle. Instead of diagnal flipping for the second reset, you can front flip then cancel and your right under it. Keep up the content :)
If you want to start learning double flip resets, you should learn to consistently preflip first. Preflipping on the ground is often useful for recoveries and gives you a good idea of when and how to flip into the ball to get the right touches. Once you have ground preflips down, taking it to the air becomes so much easier
I think I'm a bit late to the party and you do have a tutorial on flip resets, but is there any possibility you'd make one bout those where you pretty much flip immediately you get the reset and kinda like scoop it ? :D
Please make the breezi flick tutorial! Also could you cover some of the major mistakes while practicing it and how you use boost when performing it. I can only hit the breezi flick on like 1 of 10 tries and i can't figure out what im messing up
