  • Archival footage shot by an American filmmaker while visiting Georgia in 1955.
    It contains footage of: Okefenokee Swamps, Okefenokee Swamp Park, Jekyll’s Island, Juliette Gordon Low birthplace in Savannah, Statue of Revolutionary War hero Sgt. William Jasper in Madison Square in Savannah, Old State Capitol (Georgia Military College) in Milledgeville, Georgia Center for continuing education in Athens, Lookout Mountain Hotel (now site of Covenant College).

    It would not be wrong to specify that this Georgia is the United States and not Georgia in the Caucasus

    I think this film to be recorded later than 1955. I saw a 1959 Chevy.

    I didn't know they had Bears as slaves too back in the day.🤔
