When I was in Egypt i ate a super delicious "bread" they call Fitir. Is looking the same as this but rather than rolling it as the video shows. They make balls and flatten them on top of each other with butter or oil in between those layers. Which results on a layered circle bread super delicious 😍😍 sometimes they brush some sugar syrup on top or have them filled with cheese. Yum!

This is not a bread by any means. The final dish is called borek - well known dough dish (hamur isi) cooked all over the Balkan region, Turkey, and Greece. The actual thin layers of the dough is called Yufka or Filo Dough as it's known in English. There are a number of variations depending on the region and country and different ingredients are use to produce different flavors such as meaty, cheesy, vegetarian versions using spinach, eggplant and so on. It is absolutely one of the best and tastiest dishes you can eat. When producing videos like this, please stick to cultural roots and origins of these dishes and learn a little about what it is that you are actually preparing. Calling this a bread is just wrong and misleading. If you are interested in some actual recipes, search for borek or burek, you will be in heaven once you can bake one of these and eat it.
firstly it's obvious the creator isn't a native english speaker and secondly many countries have some variation of this especially in the slavic region also so you should not just assume and accuse without all the information
We have a similar pastry in Egypt called Feteer, but we fold it into a large circle and call it Feteer Meshaltet, we also fill it with cheese or sausages and fold it into squares.

I think the person just added the 10 mins thing to get views and what they actually mean is that the video length is under 10 mins. This recipe for sure takes a long long time and a lot of work and practice to get right.

Because these are just filled with feta and the recipe states “ Cook until golden brown at 200 degrees” which I presume they mean centigrade.
