@@VasiliyBiletskyy Well God is getting ready for the final judgement cause were still in biblical prophecy cause there's wars and rumors of wars which is happening and the fact that there will be famines which is pretty much close to that due to the economy getting ready to crash and there will be people today who mock God and people on the internet actually had things happen to him cause the Bible mentions that God does not want to be mocked and people had terrible things is proof.
@@VasiliyBiletskyy Our mom had voices in her head from God and everytime she hears those thoughts it came true 100% like $10,000 due to our dads boss didnt give him that from work and my moms car engine didn't work for 6 months and waited then she did got a brand new engine that had better mileage and a free $60 gift card on top of that.
I stopped being a christian and turned away from Jesus because of the hypocrites and the bad seeds. I recently realized that i need to stop focusing on the people, im not here for them or to please them. Im not in a relationship with then and they will have their day before the Lord. I am here for my personal relationship with Jesus Christ
So you are saying you blame Christianity because of a few bad apples. Hmmm that doesn't seem reasonable. I challenge you to find Christians all over the world, it will truly open your eyes. Remember humans being are not perfect beings, we all are flawed in different ways.

I was called back to discipleship with Jesus three months ago and have had a very tough season since then. Not because I was called back, but dying to myself has been a major challenege. Sometimes the light feels dim and my heart feels hard and poor. But God is good and in control. And Jesus is still calling. I'm going after my Lord with everything I have and nothing of my old self. Pray for me.

I’ve been a Christian ever since I was young but still struggled like you mentioned with being a lukewarm Christian. I would go through these moments of clarity and run after God, but then I’ll get spiritually attacked with obsessive, intrusive, horrifying thoughts. It’ll be so bad I’ll feel like I’m losing my mind and to the point where ppl say I need therapy. Eventually it came to a point where I realized what dying to myself REALLY meant. I did, and I do on a DAILY BASIS. We all have to carry our crosses daily. Is it hard? Yes. Will it get easier? Maybe. We will go through trials and tribulations, but we have to remember we have to shine God’s light on this earth. And you don’t have to change the world right off the bat, but show Jesus’ love to friends, family, coworkers. Meditate on the fruits of the spirit and ask God to help produce it in your hearts. 🥰

@@clazieI also felt like that when I came tried build my relationship with God,but what helped me persevere is to just PRAY and read his word all the time that way you truly get to know God. I would Pray about everything and pray everywhere mentally. Also if you pray make sure it’s not obvious (matthew 6:5-8). Eventually you’ll feel great just hold onto the faith 🫶

I feel you brother. I was into porn and videogames and anime heavy. But since i met my fiance we both got saved and gave our lives to Christ. He changed us and our desires and now we live for Him. So i do feel you brother. We just have to keep pushing because the way to heaven is narrow so many will fall. We can only do what we can to be the salt of the earth and shining the light and be an axample of what true follower of God is.

I will chase after him with all my heart! Recently I’ve been struggling with idols like crazy. I’m trying to find happiness in sin. The quick hits of dopamine are worthless because you feel empty after every time so you always need more. That’s partially why we become slaves to sin. when I’m chasing god with all my heart it’s hard at first to give up what I want and just peruse god, but you eventually start feeling happy. The only way I can explain the happiness is a more pure happiness then you get from this world.(joy)

I can testify that I’ve had pretty much the exact same experience as you, especially when it comes to porn addiction, gaming etc. I am a born again follower of Christ. (I gave my heart to the Lord when I was a kid, influenced by parents) I can’t put into words just how much he has renewed my mind. I see the world completely differently. I treat others and things of this world differently. Theres things I was doing that I didn’t even know were an issue, until he showed me my imperfections. I use to think I was perfect as well. One night about a year ago, I was in my room and out of nowhere I had this overwhelming push to start praying, I had no outside influence for this to happen. It felt like Jesus through the Holy Spirit came to me and told me to stop what I was doing and repent. From that I had the most beautiful experience with our Lord. I cannot put into words the things that happened in the following days, months and even still now. Before this happened I had slipped away, consumed by the world. I could go on, though I’d be here for hours.

Clearly your work matters for Jesus's gift to be received by you.
In other words, Jesus is giving a gift, and you accept the gift by following the will of the Father aka the will of God
Edit: At least that's how I view it from seeing how Jesus speaks and by using logic.
If all I need to go to heaven is believe in Jesus, then why should I follow the commandments and Jesus's words etc.? Why would Jesus even teach us anything at all on how to live if we don't even need to be better versions of ourselves so that he may "vouch" for us to the Father? It isn't even about boasting because everyone knows that no human being deserves heaven since we're all sinners, but at least the human beings who TRY to sin less would at least be "vouch-ed" for by Jesus. This isn't 100% biblical and so I cannot provide any verses, but it makes more sense that God would expect us to at least try to be better so he may, by grace, have mercy on us and let us into heaven because we at least tried to do as he says, unlike those who believe in Jesus yet do everything sinful that is known.

i've always had the same frustrations with a lot of Christians when it comes to walking in a REAL relationship with God, especially when it comes to myself. i was a hardcore hypocrite and had that 'holier-than-thou' mindset back then. but thanks to God, he made me realize that i was wrong with a lot of things. He is still teaching me but i'll be honest and say that i havent been very good at following them :'))

This is why I ended up quiting my church. They wanted to work you all the time and make you join every program and do this or that until it just lead to burn out. Not to mention everyone always trying to dig into your life and spread it around all the time.
nothing wrong w going to church but oh man that's a big red flag. wait til they find out that none of those programs will solely be the ones that will get you to heaven bc that's all religion. You're WAY better off getting a new hobby, preferably something like weight training or martial arts.

Jesus took me out of Church years ago. Jesus brought me the very Bible He Wanted me to read and we read every word Together. He showed me what was Relevant for me and I marked it. The most important is Sermon on the Mount. Everything we need to know. I Now walk with Him EveryDay..completely Surrendered. 😊❤
Don't neglect going to church unless its evil. Living isolated from the church isn't the point, because God wants us all to work as parts of the same body to the greater glory of Christ, ( which is said in 1st Corinthians chapter 12.) If the church you were going to isn't dedicated to God, i suggest you try to find a church that truly seeks God, even though it might take a lot of effort

When I been in my lowest moments and strongly thinking about taking my own life, Lord Jesus showed to me that I'm worthy to live and took away those thoughts from my head completely, even my own family didn't help me that much and my boyfriend too, even they were still around me but I felt completely alone by myself, but only who did help me a lot it was my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and he completely changed my life, I will be forever thankful to my Lord and what he done for me and he is still doing to these days in my life.

I always believed in god and felt in my heart when I hear about how god loved us more than anything that his son took all the pain we deserve. I just never really spoke to god everyday I’m really trying to talk to Jesus and god daily now. I just feel so anxious and kind of hard to sleep because I just keep thinking about how unworthy I am and having to change my life. My life wasn’t even bad before hand I just wanna get closer to god and Jesus.

Walk like a soldier in the Holy Spirit, and I know these games can put you back in the flesh again. I was addicted 2/3 of my life, I played 30!years of my life only video games. I am not stuck in a sin cycle anymore, but from time to time the enemy knows to give me that spare time and says: One or two hours gaming in the weekend is no problem right?

I will run after him. I need to come back to my first love. About a year ago i was seeking him and his guidance, but then got disheartened and started to stray from him and turn away. I won't lie brothers and sisters i need prayer. It isnt about the said "doctrine" i hold too. But trusting in him and falling in love with him more and more. I get glimpses of his love for me from time to time, but question my faith regularly.

I thought this was a video knocking Jesus, turns out it was a message all of us need. Perfect video. Any tips on how to overcome gaming, it is one of my main hobbies and I know it’s a roadblock. And I don’t want, I need to seek him even when I most of time I don’t feel on fire for God.
My first step was to delete everything after I encountered Jesus. Second step was taking the time I would spend gaming and make that my Bible and prayer time.

I’m going through this at this very moment. WOW and your video popped up. It reminds me of the Hopsin song.
I just entered a season of complete issues for the first time in my life. I’ve always been kind of alone most of my life, but I had people to call. But now I have absolutely no one. Everyone has either left my life, (the few people that I did have which were only like 3) or God lead me to turn away from them. I was chatting a man I met online dating, and he disappeared after I cried out to God to remove those who are not for me and who were sent to steer me away from your will.
I left an abusive relationship in March of this year after nearly 6yrs. I prayed to God for marriage and he helped me to leave that relationship. Now he’s sharping and pruning me, it hurts. It hurts to be called and chosen.
I’m questioning everything now. I’m wondering what is it all for! Why does my life keep going this way? Why am I always attacked? Why do people always leave me or hurt me? Why am I always alone?
My life has been far worse than Job’s! At least Job had a loving
Family and riches at some point. I had illnesses as a child that was obvious on my skin and was treated poorly then. I was treated poorly by my family, peers , teachers, never had friends and every relationship I’ve had I was abused by the men.
I was questioning today what if it’s just all in my head?! What if God isn’t there and this is all there is? And that scares me.
I can sympathize with you in your struggle. I’m a believer, and I have struggles with the same outlook and questions (although with different issues). I’ve realized that it all comes down to one question, “Will I trust Him fully?” This is not easy for me. I become apathetic sometimes when things don’t go as I think they should. That’s when I have doubts. I pray that the Lord strengthens you and gives you joy, wisdom and peace in the name of Jesus Christ.
When we are lost we are find by him he is always with us life is not easy but with him everything is easier its all about faith

The churches have been corrupted for a long time. A lot of people think catholic is christianity. Living for Jesus Christ and fellowship ping with believers is the way these days. I left churchianity a long time ago. Many strong believers are out of the organized churches. Praise the Lord! ❤

The way we have this relationship is through the church, specifically the Orthodox Church ☦️. It is not because of the church that men are sinners, a disciple of John the apostle named saint Ignatius of Antioch said “Where the bishop is the church is” simply believing with our mind is not enough for salvation, we must also put on the parachute of Christ, not just believe in the parachute. ☦️

As Christians, we need to strive, and pray for strength to be the light amongst all the darkness around us.
If we do this, others may even follow our example and follow our lead, even if we don't see results right away..
Matthew 5:16:"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
The church has made Christianity into living up to an image instead of yes an intimate relationship with Jesus and coming to know his love which restores us, heals us, and transforms us. When we come as we are, he reaches our brokenness and his love changes us. His love and grace is the only thing with the power to change us not our striving. The letter killeth but the Spirit giveth life.

this is the kinda stuff that's been pushing me toward orthodoxy. The spiritual life they maintain compared to modern day evangelical christians. Studying the history of the church, church fathers as well as luther, it's been eye opening. They really predicted the modern church falling into secularism. There isn't much accountability for oneself in modern day protestantism. God bless you brother. Christ is risen!

Because every day and every moment is a moment with Jesus standing up or sitting down he says I know you from when the time you stand up and when you sit down from time you rise or sit down he knows every hair on your head he knows every decision you will make and he loves you intimately and understands your situation. @@VasiliyBiletskyy I have this image painted in my head of God holding all these rewards and asking me to read the bible, and in my real life I have all these distracting gadgets. Every time I sit down and play on them or start getting distracted a voice inside me says "you could be reading the bible right now", but I respond with "and read what?", because if it doesn't excite me I'll stop reading in 2 minutes. I lost knowing how to read the bible.

I think you wound find it very insightful. Fr. Spyridon Bailey is one resource I would recommend, he's very soft spoken, but also straightforward. -- Your points on the inner depth, and the emphasis on the inner life make me think you would see the beauty I see in it.
As someone raised Baptist, coming into Orthodoxy was life changing in a good way. There is an immense depth I found nowhere else, and immense beauty as well. In a way life went from black-and-white to full color, it became immensely vivid, but also I noticed a lot more of the subtleties. It's a beautiful thing, I encourage you - everyone else as well - to look into it. Come and see.

yep, this is exactly why i warn my fellow followers of christ including my blood related family. sadly many of them say i am knowlegable but they themself dont seem to want to truly chase after God, but rather scream out blasphemous words saying that God spoke to them or speaks to them. by telling them to do certain things that i Know for a fact is not christ like at all and rather is the opposite of what God would want for them. But even so i wont lose heart and we all should not lose heart either. i know its a hard struggle too, but we cant if we choose God. why, cause he would not lose heart. All I can say and do is to just keep on speaking and to be Gods tool to keep and try to bring forth his beloved children on back. thats all i can really say. and to not fall down the wrong path ourselves.
I remove all spiritual arrogance and pride out of my life out of the abundance of the heart flow the issues of life I pray that all will know their issues that will give all their issues to the lord in their heart whether knowing or unknowing god will judge our thoughts and our actions Amen.
