Hi ❤ can you use this as both a retail and a residential lot?

Hello! You can only choose one lot type. What I'd suggest is to set this as a retail and lock the main door of the residential space to household only. When I play retail, I always had an empty residential lot and let my sims live on the retail lot. It's easier for me :)
