Love the historical Filipino styles in Sims house building videos!! I love envisioning such places and it being translated in a video game building mechanic ❤
I'm obssesed that you didn't gave us just the building but also gave us a class on filipino culture, I love it so much. Fun fact here in Brazil we also called the livingroom, sala, and cabana (the place to relax) and poço (usually it's where we go get water), I don't know if it's written the same way but it's definitily pronaunced the same. 🤍
this build feels like a warm hug 🥹 every little detail was so perfect, esp in the kitchen. the kids room though made me emotional!! reminded me of using the banig each night when we stayed at my nanang’s home each summer. thank you for this build 💛 also loved the voiceover!
saw your build on TikTok last night and oh boy I wanted to download it for my Sims world!! made me want to build a new Filipino family save too (cause why not diba? hehe)
Hey, simpolcheeks! I love it so much! As a half filipina I didn't know that stuff. Except for the karaoke. (That's hard to miss and I love it, too.) I visited my lola and lolo the last time as a teenager. They have not seen their grandsons (yet?). We're from Germany. Thank you! Tearing up a bit.
Bahay no bato! I learned that from Leo! :D this was amazing and super informative, I really enjoyed this build! 🖤 I think the audio could be tweaked a little: I struggled to hear some of the parts in your commentary so I turned up the volume but then the higher volume parts were too loud and somewhat harsh on my phone's speaker. Basically I just settled on not hearing some parts because having it too loud is more uncomfortable for me. I'd add a little (more?) compression to the voiceover to cut off some of those higher peaks. The volume range should be pretty narrow on spoken word imo since many people listen on not-that-great speakers/headphones. I think the voiceover and background music were in good balance though. 👍
@@simpolcheeks no problem! I studied audio engineering for a bit but I'm also somewhat concerned that whenever I give specific feedback people might take offence... I just genuinely enjoy your content so I know I would enjoy it even more if the voice-over track didn't have the issue I mentioned.. 😅✌️ I've learned that a lot of people can't really articulate what's wrong with an audio clip and also don't even think about the sound quality when it's good. So basically if I don't give feedback, no one else will either 😅 but I'm glad you're the type of person to be chill about it! 🖤
@@simpolcheeks Would you recommend the For Rent and Island Living packs if wanting the Pinoy feel in the Sims 4? I’m having trouble deciding if sulit ba to get them now and at the same time.
@@lorraelena Yes, those 2 definitely gives pinoy feels! Although, I don't recommend getting the For Rent pack at least for now... My game has been acting up since I installed For Rent and I've seen others having issues too 😥
Hello! If you're referring to the TOOL mod or the OMSP shelf (red shelf I used to place clutter), you don't need them in your game to play on my builds :)
Is the audio sounding okay? 🤔 I'm trying out some new audio settings in Adobe Premiere 😄

I was holding my breath until you pulled out the wooden spoon and fork wall decor 😂 No house is complete without that.
Good job on this build!
Thank you!! ❤❤
That is the home we go home to every summer vacation and every family occasion.
this reminds me of my grandmother's house were we used to visit every Sunday 💗💗

Thank you! That's so interesting to hear! The one where we get water is spelled as 'poso' in our language. Thank you for sharing ❤

Aww, thank you! 🥹 The banig part is also one of my favorites as it reminded me of my childhood 🫶

Hi. can you please help me. about the mods on your bahay kubo video? Im having a hard time how to insert the object mods :(

Mayaman si lola. 😁 Mahusay at salamat sa pagbigay ng inspiarsyon sa kapwa Simmers. 🙂😊
Salamat 😍

Thank you!
Your lola is loaded.
hahaha yes ❤
