A big thankyou from me for the shoutout. I've not missed an episode. From the moment Dyl said Hi with Gav at Black Star Riders I knew how great the podcast would be. A highlight meeting you all and for me hearing Stranger In A Strange Land "live" again another. See you in 2024. 🤘

Thanks for the shout out guys . Certainly finding your podcast is up there for me ( I'm a little older than you guys but my journey 76 to 96 ) kinda mirrors yours ( a little later ) .

Great episode; as for my favourites...
Albums - Therapy?, Hellriper, Suede, Skindread to name a few.
Gigs - Peter Hook and The Light playing Unknown Pleasures and Closer in Cardiff. Dropkick Murphys/Pennywise come close.
Bonus - Cavalria's rerecording of Sepultura's early work.
Look forward to more from you fellas next year 🤟🏻

I just realized that you guys have not mentioned The Warning. Have you heard the three hard rocking sisters from Mexico? They've toured with Halestorm (Lzzy Hale gifted singer Daniela a guitar on stage) and Pretty Reckless. They'v also opened for Def Leppard, Guns & Roses and Muse among others. I think you'll really like them. They've got three albums and they are only 23, 21 and 18 years old. I believe they are touring Europe and the UK this year.

@@talesfromthepoweragelive Check out their live performances at Teatro Metropolitan. The whole live show is on RUclips but for a taste I’d start with Disciple or personal favorites Z and also Animosity. As well as their reimagining of Enter Sandman which was included on the Metallica 30th anniversary Blacklist album. The song Evolve is great too and either official video or their performance on the MTV VMAs. They’ve got great stage presence and everything they write is amazing. My only disappointment was the song More which I believe involved outside writers for the first time, it’s not bad but not a good introduction for you guys.
