Geez, each video speaks to so many of the things i struggle with... I am not a DID system, but I deal with a lot of depression and anxiety... And just leavin my room is a fight some days. Anyway, I feel like I post too much haha. But, thank you, you make me want to try harder for myself. And I feel as if telling you that your message resonates with me rather than thinking it is a good thing in itself - it is me stepping out of my shell.

I know what you mean, my wife also suffers with depression and anxiety. I try and help her (gently, not forcefully by any means) and encourage her to walk or whatnot when I do those things myself. And remember, if you miss a day or something, try not to beat yourself up. I know that sounds easy but is actually quite tough.

Regarding energy I've heard from others that having d.i.d can just be so exhausting and I can certainly understand why. I imagine it's exhausting to have a lot different pulls within us. Starting small when we're headed towards any change is smart, personally I've never really succeeded unless I slowly implemented those changes. Working on and working out mental stuff through exercises is a fantastic thing to do. I can tell you know this from being a yoga teacher and from your passions :) I too could benefit from your call to action. I appreciate you so much for not only taking this on yourself, but also thank you so much for inspiring me again! I really hope it helps you feel better, lady

In a recent healing workshop she had us dance to some Megan Trainor videos like ‘I love me’. Funny I know, but it worked to get out of the rut. Buti Yoga too??

Nigel S I grew up in dance and am a Dj and dancing is something I feel the most at home with . I def need to dance more !! I do yogic dance , belly dance and just dance in general . It really can be a very spiritual moving experience for me . Good reminder !
