You can start learning skills when you feel ready and strong enough to be able to train for example planche or front etc... You just have to build a good base before starting strength skills, but you can begin by learning other skills like handstand. In my opinion, this is better to be able to do a minimum of 30 push ups, 20 dips, and 10 pull ups before start training strength elements
I recently got ur wallmounted pull up bar and i really love it. It is the best thing ever happened to me. Even though there were delevery problems i wanna say thank you for all what ur doing love u darek

You train hard, so well done! I try to do different variations on the rowing machine then need breaks due to burn out, so just make sure I do push ups on the side of the bath and other similar exercises.
In Czechia, gyms has been closed for the whole year except about 3 months in the summer and 2 weeks in December. Outdoor workouts sucks, you have to wear respirators everywhere.
I was wondering, do you have a strict routine that you follow for your training (like 3 sets of full planche, 3 sets of straddle planche press,...) or do you go by your gut and do exercises until you can't do any more? Anyway, I love this kind of content, keep doing it!
None of these, I start with the most demanding progressions - this means after 1/2 attempts I’m not able to repeat certain love anymore so I move to easier one, then I usually can do more attempts :)
