Red Bull, don't drink it, but watch their videos
I saw a guy out on much smaller waves (head high at best) on a gun. Is there an advantage to taking them out on smaller surf? Dude looked really good on it and paddled into everything and just went down the line on the surf, nothing fancy, but looked really good on it.
Are guns fast on smaller waves? Easier to paddle into?
ThyChrysanthemum it was probably a mini gun or something because if you’re taking a big 8, 9, or 10 ft gun, you’re just going to poke and fly off on small waves. You also have a much wider turn radius which small waves will not provide the speed for you to complete.

well, you wax them like every other surfboard. only that you're gonna need a lot of wax.
Those boards are garbage compared to a Geoff McCoy Single fin big wave gun.
