Great loader for loading hay and straw in the summer time remember if your loading dung now to spin wheels too much or you will be wearing a few lumps of it😂
Excellent find Dan I think I have some brochures on massey implements if I find them i will get in touch i have been watching you for years and I thought I was subscribed but I am now you and your dad are so funny good to see you back on a Thursday. Thanks
Father had one of these on our 135, the bars that went to the front support were round where yours are square.we tried to fit it to our fe35 but the front engine mount got in the way of the right hand support arm.👍
Your right about the bucket Dan, the correct bucket is a bit bigger than yours, we had one , I can’t remember what happened to it otherwise you,d be welcome to have it. I will make an enquiry though where it could have gone. Before the 35 loader which we bought about 1966, we had a 735 loader on a 135. The reason for the change of loader was the fitting of our first Lambourn cab to the same tractor. Similar story go what your Dad just described 😂 I remember someone round here with a GREY 35 loader ? Would that be an early version do you think? We had 2 x 19 Spreaders, the first one didn’t have extension sides. We still have the odd muck fork tine kicking about, they were square tines
The funky farmer brought his old 35 massey back it had a loader on it but he never brought the loader back if you get hold of him for information he is on you tube and does videos there our 35 has a loader and we swapped it to a 35 x to it has a sort round back bucket on it
We had a loader like that on a 135. When round bales arrived in the 80s dad welded a ram on to the loader and a spool in tractor cab. We used it till the early 90s. Then we sold it to a neighbour and full time hoarder! I've tried to buy it back but he's not keen on selling it. Not sure why hes got at least 3 135s and about 100 tractors.!
Funny what you walk past and don’t realise at the time! Nice little addition but would have thought it’s a hateful think in a wet field and a bucket full🤔😬… be fun to watch thought 😁😁
Nice one Dan. Does anyone know at what point these loaders got the wider front arms? Older ones have the narrower arms/links. I have one , a quicke 2000 but they all seem to be called 2000's online, even tho have different width front arms for the bucket/pike. Have ours here on a 35x since 70's. Pull cord to trip the bucket 💪 Just be interested to know what year the change was.. Thanks Dave 🇮🇪
Nice to see you back on Vintaage Thursday, it will help me get through these dark November/December nights.
Good video Dan nice addition to your collection we have a 40 loader on our 165 still use it nearly every day PS nice to see your dad on the video 👍
We had a 735 loader on a 35 with hydraulic tip single acting ram that was genuine Dan

Great vid Dan. Nice bit of history.
I have a loader on my 35 and was told to have the lever in the highest position. I will try the "Response" positions after this information, thanks!
Looks like a Graham burden special from quantock farm machinery
they was good loaders ,you used to have a big spring fixed to loader and mid bucket so it trip back
Now you need a hitch and a special weight for that tractor that is getting the loader put on 😉☝️
Nice video Dan. Can you do a video when you connect it up to the mf 35
Used one of those loaders with.a take put bale handler on a mf 35 about nearly 60 years ago 12 bales a time and same on rear
I’ve got a 35 loader (trip) the bucket is identical to that one

The last few months I have seen massy loaders that fit the 35 and they all seem to have the same size bucket as you have
