China is truly a great place and the people are great! I taught English part time and the amount of respect they give you is just incredible! very hard working people. I am ex Muslim and few years back I used to owned a restaurant and halal wasn't very common so what I did I put a sign halal food but in reality I wasn't serving them halal. Muslims used to come and eat and were telling me good they got this halal food here now and I used to say eat enjoy it.
gotta avoid traveling in china during the summer. main tourist spots will be super packed 😅 halal food is all over china. you wouldn't have to travel far to find some kind of halal restaurant. even schools will have separate halal cafeterias. of course if you are in a muslim district, it will be more concentrated and thus have more selection.
Should be plenty of Halal options in China. Even in all Universities in China, by law, Halal food is served in the student canteens.
