If we block forwarding using RBAC roles means, User can create forwarding using rules option in OWA and also using Outlook client right ?
How to avoid those also ?
Our requirement given below:
1. Prevent users from creating forwarding new rules in outlook/OWA.
2. Don't want to impact any existing rules though. Just prevent from creating new ones.
3. These Email Forward Blocking required only for external domains like Gmail, Yahoo etc.
4. Forwarding should work as normal if Domain is Our OR allowed domains.
Please help urgent need !

Hi, classic Exchange Admin Center is now deprecated so you can't switch back to classic from modern. But you can directly access classic EAC by going to outlook.office.com/ecp

How we can verify the sender and the email is legit or Phish.
I have seen many cases where emails are delivered to our environment, but I am unable to say is it Phish or legit. Everytime need to forward security team.

Hi Emon. Connected email accounts feature has been deprecated from OWA. You can configure hotmail account in outlook client though.
