Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup potatoes, diced
3 cups water and 1 chicken boullion
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp dried thyme
black peppper and salt to taste
