I use a handfull dried petals and add 3pints of boiling water (1 pnt at a time) and strain into a large jug. By the third pint tne tea will be quite weak. Then add 2 large spoons of honey to taste. I then allow to cool and place in fridge and serve with ice😋 Deeelish!!

Hibiscus tea helps lower blood sugar levels, cholesterol, and blood pressure. It may reduce inflammation, help to manage weight, and act against microbial infections. In addition, it may act as an antioxidant and reduce cancer risk.

For the dried leaves I would boil for 5 mins to blend in with added raw ginger, turmeric, garlic( though optional)& tea leaves (optional though this is my breakfast drink instead of plainblack tea) Lemon juice & mint leaves if you have.
For fresh leaves best to add hot boiled water to retain max nutrients ☺️
