My blood pressure was 248/156 I was stroke level 4. After leaving the hospital 3 days later and on medication it never dropped below 185/100's. After drinking hibiscus tea and eating potassium rich food literally that same day it dropped to 139/92. Still high but what an improvement in literally hours. Unbelievable.

Great stuff. I get fresh, by the lb, from Asian Supermarket. I make the tea, cook it waaaay down, very slowly. Then I freeze in 2 oz containers. (Ice trays would work, empty into plastic zipper bag, back into the freezer.)

It’s unbelievably easy to grow in the south. You will grow so much & you can dehydrate in the oven, dehydrator, (some air fryers even have options). They grow in pots or in the ground & as you harvest they keep reproducing. Get yourself started with a batch of seeds from a reliable source and grow your own & then be prepared for tons of requests 😍

I really wish I'd known you as a doctor 20 years ago. Even if you were a one way doctor even then.
There is this annoying voice inside my head saying...it's too late to fix any of that now.
    Anywho...God bless you Doc.
    Your one in a million!

@@foodandhomeprep8425 It's funny you say that. Since I've had COVID everything I eat and smell is destroyed by this horrible taste and acrid smell. I notice it in foods everywhere I go. I am planning my next shopping trip at a farm I know that raises all it's harvested meats, milk and vegetables and fruits organically to see if it tastes the same as the food being sold inside my local Hannaford.
I'm afraid to find out it is not some crazy olfactory hallucinations left over from COVID...or if it is and it will stay like this forever!
Everything I eat tastes horrible. And it's getting worse...and it's not going away! I'll be honest...I'm scared to find out.
