    At 57 I was diagnosed with AFib at the hospital after months of middle of the night heart pounding terrifying episodes that often lasted for hours
    The heart specialist told me it was permanent and would only get worse
    I completely changed my lifestyle, kicked my weed habit, cut BAck on alcohol, switched to a plant based diet, gave up processed food and took magnesium, ubiquinol and k2 every day
    Not only did my AFib disappear, but so did my list of 17other health issues
    The only time AFib ever hAPPENS NOW IS WHEN I OVERDRINK
    UNHEALTHY DIET IS THE ROOT OF ALL CHRONIC DISEASES 9:19

      It must have been mild. I find it debilitating when it hits. The worst part for me, it always waiting for a blood clot to be thrown, and hoping you don’t stroke out. Fun lifestyle. Mine is rather harsh though, apparently not like most I’ve heard of. I did the Lion diet-zero carbs-and this has solved SO MANY other health issues. Lost a wack of weight, improved fatty liver-that’s a relief! Did you not inherit the fun?

      I am thinking that somewhere there is a line of souls waiting to go on the Earth ride. The ride lasts a life time and then your turn is up. I am thinking that I have about 24 years to 31 years left on my ride, if I don’t fall out the door! 😱

    it seems people confuse palpitations with afib. afib is a permanent change is heart rhythm and you don't necessarily feel it flutter.

    • @Ihave10billionsubs
      @Ihave10billionsubs 7 месяцев назад +4

      No it's not a permanent change if you have the paroxysmal variety, like I do (as well as the person in this video). With paroxysmal, it typically lasts a few minutes to several hours and then goes away, either on its own, with medication, or with medical intervention. There is persistent afib, which is permanent. Just depends on the kind of afib you have and the cause.

    • @smalltownglobalproductions
      @smalltownglobalproductions 6 месяцев назад

      That's correct. My dad has had it for years and he has permanent AFib. It is generally progressive though so you have to intervene at the proxymal stage in order to avoid it becoming permanent.

    I had no pain just shortness of breath was detected by my Fitbit did one EKG and normal sinless rhythm then my pulse would go up just walking a few feet 150 151 left bundle branch block . Then they did an angiogram to look for blockages and found none, then before I left they gave me a med because my heart rate went to 156 just getting dressed 20 min later went back into reg sense rhythm. They had me on blood thinners before angiogram now they have me on 6 meds and even with insurance some are very expensive every month. Afib seams to show up when sleeping 1 2 3 morning never any pan or discomfort, but I still worry about blood clots my dad passed from a stroke other than that no heart problems in family. Thinking of try another doctor for second opinion only seen the cardiologist when he did angiogram have peen seeing his APRN 2 times now.
