I am not sure what the process was to register the surron. The surron belongs to Walker, the other person in the video. I know there are few places where the surrons can be ridden legally in Wisconsin. They are not legal on public roads unfortunately
@@ThreeDPrintDesignsdo you have a license plate or do you treat it like a bicycle? I am from Pennsylvania so I am not an expert on Wisconsin law but I thought that was what I had heard from a couple of people.
@@YappinNCruisin nope, I cruise in the road, following the speed limit and such. I pass cops multiple times a day, even been stopped a few times to ask what it was.
