You are so right. I am not a dentist but worked in a dentist office . Every patient should have a treatment plan, even if the never get the treatment. Every dental office needs a great hygienist, they are the heart of a great practice. Find other great dentist who are great at restoration, perio, orthodontics, cosmetics, surgical, endo and pediatric dentistry. Having great doctors will be invaluable to your practice. And always be open mined.
In the years i worked in a dental practice, i have met over 100 dentist 2-3 percent were at the top of their profession.

I totally agree with you. Although I love Spear Education, it is very difficult to take a course on occlusion and full mouth restorations when I'm genuinely trying to just nail down a quick crown prep. Spear comes later. Their online CE and videos are wonderful. Dental Nachos is great and I love the community it comes with.
Spot on! When i did spear online early in my career it was daunting. Nachos is a great resource for docs looking to start off with the basics
