My favorite part is how for once, the Tearlament player who is facing Skull Invitation does the math to make sure they don't run out of LP... only to lose anyway thanks to Marshmallon 😂

While a bit toned down, you can probably run Coffin Seller too as it does almost the same thing except damages only for monsters sent but only to the opponent.
Though it only hits them for 300 in each instance unfortunately. It says in the text "if a monster(s) is sent to the graveyard," meaning even if the opponent sent 4 monsters in a mill, it would only do 300 damage. Though that can be helped by having more than one copy on the field, it maxes out at 900. Adding Skull Invitation and Chain Energy would certainly boost the burn, since Skull burns for any card, and Skull's 300 dmg stacks as we saw. It's a balance, but it would be doable to slap down 2 Skulls and 2 Coffin plus a Chain. I just like seeing Tear players suffer because I'm certain a ton of people are sick and tired of Tear 0.

@@RettGaming definitely safe from 1 back row removal but I have seen some decks using harpies feather duster AND lightning storm. Obviously the dude here didn't have it in his hand and he's more or less doomed(unless he wants to spend like 20 turns passing and praying he draws an out to marshmellon unironically) but in theory someone will have the 2 back row removal in their starting hand.

@@andriusbikus1948 boy that was clearly a burn deck, when you see stuff like 3 of those continuous traps you better stall until drawing a backrow removal, do the less to keep lp
Like that would change the outcome :D tear can't rly stall for long :D and burn decks have more ways of depleting opponents LP :D

The main burn comes from traps so he can buy time until getting backrow removal, if he had one of course

I need a ruling for skull invitation.
Skull invitation was active during previous turn. Now I'm going against my opponent with chain link effects. I activated magic cylinder to negate their attack and they had borreload furious dragon to chain link 2 against my cylinder. So they popped one of their monsters to negate and destroy cylinder. I then activated ring of destruction and use it on borreload furious dragon. So ring went first. I take 300 after ring resolves for going to GY cause of skull invitation. Since borreload is gone, the monster he popped to negate my cylinder goes with borreload. When both of his cards went into GY, he said he only gets burned 300 cause in skull invitation text, (card(s)) had parentheses so even if multiple cards went to GY at the same time, it counts as 1 which is why he would get burned 300 instead of 600. Is that true? I would have won cause I burned him from 8000 to 100. And bc of his ruling for the text, I couldn't burn him that last 100 LP. I feel it was stolen from me. And of course, they had the "judge" title as well.
Some would say burning the opponent from 8000 to 100 with what I described is wrong but there was more to the chain link. But his ruling for the parentheses and cards going at the same time still counts as one puzzled me so that's what I need help finding an answer for
@@meejlauj1282 Every time I've seen Skull Invitation in a Konami made game it always burned for each card sent individually. So you got cheated out, and he should lose his judge title. Konami printed the card, they make the rulings, and if they coded it that way in the games then that is how it should work in IRL. I guess they were miffed that you countered their counter and didn't want to lose.

Imagina el daño que causaría si tú rival utilizo una maxx c y el espíritu logrará aplicar su efecto junto con las cartas de trampa 😬😬

Only way I can see the tear winning this would be if he had exciton knight, any rank 4, and zeus in his extra deck but seeing as how he went for kitt he probably didn't have one of or any of them which is a shame, only cuz his starting hand (minus the cont spell) would've been perfect to try to out that field.
Edit: nah never mind lol. its impossible with that hand of his to win. Tested, and to get the field I'd need, I'd be left with 100 lp, but then that judgment pretty much kills me since it'd negate whatever summon and the skull invitations would then finish me off so yea that tear player was doomed xD.
Now do that in a best of 3 setting 😂

just use zeus or something. Or search that spell/trap shuffler with kitkalos first to remove that 1 set down card. Or maybe just make 2 xyz, 1 for drydent, 1 for zeus. The dude playing tear like he was playing against another tear.
