Thanks for posting these videos. My family used to have a property in TC but we sold 20 years ago. Since Dorian, I have been following updates as closely as possible and you have done an excellent job. I hope to visit TC again one day.

Pleasure to see this. I stayed at Treasure Cay Condo Mariner 2018 Memorial weekend. Had a great time BBQ and Kiteboarding.
Im here now at Bahamian Beach club beautiful 3-bedroom condos. Looks really nice.
Appreciate the updates! My family used to own a house in Treasure and I spent a lot of summers there, felt like a home away from home and was so sad to lose it. Really hope to come back someday soon

Thank you for the update. We stayed there one week prior to the hurricane. Sad that it has not been developed.

Thanks for the update. My family (well, my dad's company) owned an Ocean Villa (No 909? by the pool - it was called Catharsis) back in the late 70's and early 80's. We made many trips there and I have many happy memories. So glad to see that things are turning around!
Thats awesome. You need to start coming back! The charm that Treasure has always had is still thriving and well.
Good video in general, however I wish you could provide more of a walk around of Ocean Villas where I rented for 10 yrs. I watch all of your videos.
I appreciate the support. In areas like the Ocean Villas and Beach Villas where everything is so close together and I am constantly right by people windows, I try to be respectful of everyones privacy and not film into any windows or anything like that so that is why I usually just give a brief video of those places. Next time I am there I can try to get a little more in depth though.
what is the best way to book a room at the Bahama beach club and how do you recommend getting a rental golf cart ? Can we take those rental boats to guana or elbo or green turtle ?

My husband and I are wanting to stay at the BBC in May 2024……hoping it’s a great vacation! This is our first trip to Abacos. Got a question…….we want to rent from the newer side of the BBC with more vegetation,etc…..is there a particular name it’s called?

Just found your videos. Thank you for the updates. Are the moorings back in place? And can we bring our dinghy in to the dock?
Absolutely! And there are a couple moorings. Yes, there is a dock along the main sea wall next to the tipsy where you can pull a dingy up to.
Nick, thanks for update on Treasure Cay. We have vacationed there a number of years.
One of our highlights has always been going out fishing with Lincoln and/or son Marcus.
Do you know if they are still available for taking out visitors for fishing ( and lunch on his private beach ?

My wife grew up going to Eastern Shores in Marsh Harbour. Is pretty much everything up and running down there? I know most of the homes on the peninsula were destroyed by Dorian
Ehhh Marsh Harbour has been slow to recover. I do not frequent the Eastern Shore peninsula too often so I can not speak on the state of the houses there, but Marsh Harbour is not fully back yet. They have everything that you would need like grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants.
Nick, any more updates to the sale of Treasure since November 2023 update? We own 2 condos there. Sanddollar and Royal Palm.

How are things at Sand Dollar condos and down Ocean Blvd?
The Sand Dollor condos are no more. They were destroyed by the storm and never rebuilt. The structures are still there, but they are total tear downs. Down Ocean Blvd. is doing well. Like the rest of the island, many of the houses/estates have fully rebuilt or are still in the process of rebuilding. Of course there are a couple that are just abandoned at this point. I do not really know what is happening with a lot of the property.

Thanks for the update Nick! We’ve stayed at the BBC 3 of the 4 times we’ve been there and looking forward to being back ain Treasure Cay! Is Treasure Sands back up and running? That was our favorite restaurant. Also do they have golf cart rentals back on the island yet?
Nice! when are yall coming back? Treasure Sands is not up and running quite yet, but that is coming soon. They did open a pizza restaurant called "Sunset Pizza" across the street from Treasure Sands in that little bonefish marina area. It is really good! Yes, golf cart rentals are available on the island.
