Back when there was a good variety of cars and teams 👌
3 types of rally cars + Skodas at every weekend is just the norm these days sadly. Not to mention how similar they are in build too, unlike the mix of coupe/hatchback there once was
the one and only thing that WRC needs to return to glory days. the racing is still great but 3 teams just doesnt cut it.
@Borrego a Yudando On asphalt yes. Loeb usually beat most WRC in his F2 Xsara. Was unfair giving him a 4x4 the next decade really lmao
cars need to get simpler - today's specials are too expensive and fast, this was best era of WRC without ppl realizing it back then

The good era of WRC
Everyone considers the Group B era as 'The Golden Age of Rally', but to me, the 90s and early 00s were the 'Golden Age of Rally'.

yes, thats the idea pretty much, bc narrow tires provide higher surface pressure which is good on loose surfaces
