I am on my 3rd pregnancy and have had the worst pelvic girdle pain with my previous 2 pregnancies. This time I have been doing reformer Pilates and have not had to see the chiropractor once! (Would usually be weekly by now and Im 33 weeks) Anyway highly recommend to help with any pelvic pain x

I had the same struggle and I feel like naming babies gets harder the more you have...my 1st and 2nd babies had names as soon as we found out the gender and my 3rd didn't have a name until she was 4 days old. Currently 33wks with our 4th and I have a short list of names I like but nothing that feels just right.
Both of my boys are named Kai and ziggy! We love both names so much and a lot of people have never heard of those names!

I had that same feeling with my first pregnancy I just new from the beginning he was a boy and before I found out he was a boy I had already chosen his name “Benji” short for Benjamin but I just kept it short I also like short names. My daughter I felt was way harder to name because I have a lot of friends and I’m like no that’s take and that’s taken 🤣 but I really loved Amari Rose so that’s hat I went with it’s a modern version of my grandmothers name which is ROSA EMILIA

i will say with my 3 year old i loved the name isla but i felt like it was getting so popular so i was like putting different letter in front of it to get the same sound but different name. we went with rylah and get so many complaints about how pretty it is and to this day have never heard of another rylah❤️ we wanted unique but like it still sounds like a normal name! and then we have a penelope but we call her penny most of the time!
