Hey friends. Here is a link to the earlier story we did with Beatrice back in 2010 at Langata Women's prison:
I don't know how many are like me here....watch a lot these prison stories, ex-con stories locally here in Kenya 🇰🇪 and in US 🇺🇸 not because I love crime or I like prison life but to know their story, their challenges as humans, to learn from their mistakes and most importantly to appreciate the small things we take for granted.....God give them peace and strength.....Peace be with you all
This lady needs to be a TV presenter or a Radio presenter, her English is on point the camera has accepted her, voice is on point and she has good heart, despite what she has gone through.Beatrice you are Blessed.
she was my classmate very bright...everyone deserves a second chance God will take you far
Am I the only seeing her composure and grasp of tenses and grammar?
I think you should study Criminal Justice, you will help very many people in this world.. Thank you so much for your story. Love from Uganda 🇺🇬
She keeps saying ex convict, but the truth is she was detained for self defense until her trial. And 3 years is honestly just too long.
Sometimes it's just fine when some biological fathers are not available especially abusive ones. I just wonder why this lady is regretting having killed killed her son's father. Had she not killed him, she could be the one dead now
A 15 year old married kid, pregnant at 16 and charged with murder at 16. This is a case domestic violence gone bad. Thank God for second chances. And may God help us parents to raise our kids well, especially teenage kids.
"and therefore I put you at liberty enda lea mtoto"😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Beatrice open a RUclips channel for motivation talk
She's very beautiful, calm, coherent, eloquent, composed and sober-minded.
I like the way she talks calmly and in a composed way 😊
I was with Beatrice in Langata. I also gave birth to my baby girl in prison. Listening to her brings back very strong sad painful memories, it's a total different world in prison. The stigma out here is so real. I have learnt never to be judgemental and I forgive and let go very fast. This are virtues that are instilled very deep in ones personality ones you get out. You go to prison and come out a very different version of who you once was. It's true that you learn to appreciate very minute details of life even things like a hot cup of tea or a warm sweater.
She looks and sound genuinely a cool and a good person. This story made me realize that bad things can happen to anyone. We just to trust God
I have listened to your story & watched your body language & am touched to the core. U speak from your heart. May tje Almighty find favor in u & clean your heart white from all the dark memories which might might still be lurking in that dark recess of your mind. Completely forgive yourself & don't mind what the outside world say. Know that it's u, your son & God. Be blessed.
Who are we to judge. Some may call it murder others self defence. I have one advice don't let it pull you behind. You have a life to live..its a gift and it's sacred.
God bless you Beatrice in your future endeavours. May He bless the crew that patched this video together, it is indeed inspirational and encouraging.
you are beautiful inside and out, you will make an amazing teacher, society failed 16 year old you, the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow is huge. be blessed and all the best with everything.
Thanks Beatrice for coming out and speak on behalf of many like me and many more who have gone through the same.
