I like using resistance bands if I've had a period of time when I've either been ill or away from home. It helps me ease into a exercise pattern, eventually leading to the gym. I have MS and Epilepsy but give up exercising 💪thanks for more great content! Exercises with correct form without gym bravado 👏

Excellent workout and ideas. One concern is with legs and bands. If I slip doing a leg extension, for example, the whiplash from the band if it broke or I slip could do major damage to my face given the power of the leg. How best to protect oneself, if any besides common sense?

Based on your comments it sounds like you're saying you don't get as good of a workout with bands as compared to weights? If you don't have a gym, I'd say you can get a great workout with bands.
