    I like using resistance bands if I've had a period of time when I've either been ill or away from home. It helps me ease into a exercise pattern, eventually leading to the gym. I have MS and Epilepsy but give up exercising 💪thanks for more great content! Exercises with correct form without gym bravado 👏

    Tried a load of different resistance band workouts on this second lockdown. Including the really popular ones on RUclips. Been going through your videos doing each body part this week and definitely think yours are the best resistance band workouts on RUclips 👍. Though I'm still glad the gyms are back open next week 😂. Might watch your other videos though for extra tips when I get back on it. Cheers Alex!

    Thanks, Alex, for adding to your resistance band library! Covid cases are breaking records here in the Detroit area and returning to my gym seems highly unlikely for a long, long time. Your home workouts have been a daily staple of mine and I look forward to anything new you have on offer.

    Hey Alex, this is really cool! I got some resistance bands but been struggling for how to put a leg workout together, this really helps, and I feel like I'm moving much better than with heavy weights, can see it paying off in my co-ordination already

    I really need to strengthen my legs. I take HIIT cycling classes daily, so I thought my legs were somewhat strong, but I have difficulty doing squats. No shortcut to these resistance squats.

    Excellent workout and ideas. One concern is with legs and bands. If I slip doing a leg extension, for example, the whiplash from the band if it broke or I slip could do major damage to my face given the power of the leg. How best to protect oneself, if any besides common sense?

    Based on your comments it sounds like you're saying you don't get as good of a workout with bands as compared to weights? If you don't have a gym, I'd say you can get a great workout with bands.

      Not necessarily, it depends on your fitness level / strength. Every day is ok if your body recovers that quickly at this level
