@@halstaff Just be careful with mains voltages and mechanical devices that can remove body parts that you DO NOT want in your display. Never guess when working with electricity. Always always always double and triple check what you see on RUclips. Unfortunately I have seen too, too many folks that submit content that really have NO idea what they are talking about or demo unsafe practices. Full understanding of anything is the KEY to success.

Thanks for these. I attended your seminar at Midsummer Scream this year. It gave me enough confidence to try building my first pneumatic props this year. Got a scissor mech built along with another zombie cage prop. It's going to be fun.

Thanks for following along after attending the seminar. Happy to hear it offered some inspiration. Good for you for jumping headlong into pneumatics! A scissor prop can be challenging.

My favorite thing you mentioned is not be afraid to fail. It seems like too many folks won't attempt a project because it might not work.
I am always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to fail! That's when I do my best learning and discovery!
Man, if I didn't start a project because a fear of failure.... I wouldn't have a haunt full of cool stuff.
Oh! And share your projects! That's how we all get better 🎃
    Thanks for the video.

Absolutely! I have had many projects "fail" only to be resurrected in a better way. I enjoy sharing the things I build but love to see what others come up with.

Welcome. You kind of covered one thing, that was to try new things but be able to reuse those that you don't want incorporated into your haunt. That's a big thing for me, buy materials, keeps scraps, Haunter's always find a way to use almost 100% of all our materials.
