As someone from medical background, i completely agree with what Ustaad said. People always blame Gym and related stuff when such incident happens (unfortunately), but the reality is something else. the lifestyle besides Gym should be taken consideration before coming to conclusion. habits are the key causes in addition to the stress (especially in case of celebrities) for such an outcome. Thank you bhai for bringing this topic.

I FEEL THAT Sleep is the most underrated thing in the world which people ignore...lack of sleep is the root cause of cardiovascular disease and cancer too including brain strokes as you already said actors don't get enough sleep due to their busy schedule that's the reason why actors are dying at young age also tobacco/ drugs usage too ..when you are sleeping your body starts recovering not only muscle and bone repair but arteries repair too ...clogged arteries tend to reduce if your sleep undisturbed followed by good diet and workout thank you

Just want to say that the work you are doing is of immense value. I highly doubt anyone out there in the fitness industry or any kind of fitness influencer is talking about things like these. Please keep putting out informative videos like these. Because of you I have not only become aware in the fitness industry, supplements, but also your POV on things has taught me to dig deep and see the multiple realities of issues. I never thought I would question a product so much before buying and putting it in my body, but it has become a habit to look for the sources, heavy metals, adulteration and other additives that might be in our food.

It is much more complicated. Cholesterol by itself doesn't block arteries, it starts covering up damage or inflammation of arteries and ends up blocking. So cause is inflammation. Biggest cause of inflammation is stress hormone cortisol. Sleep and sunlight is the best way of reducing stress. Eat early, sleep early and wake up with sun. If possible fast for 16 hours, ideally skip a meal either dinner or breakfast

If a person is unhappy then no amount of workout and diet/supplements will help. In our modern lives we always force ourselves to "get more" out of life. Wanting more is a huge stress. Be happy with what you have. Realize that you will get only so much in life. There is no person in this world who gets everything he wants. Life is always trying to balance itself out. Be happy and spread happiness. No one care if your biceps are 18 inches. Dont fret.

I took myprotein whey and I felt an increase in libido, my hunger rose and I felt burst of energy and I started working out for higher duration and greater weights. People started noticing and then I started using another whey called ASITIS but same didn't occurred with it. Is it possible that myprotein was having steroids in it cause when I was using it I started to have pimples on face.
If you have adequate protein intake, it will have benefits in a overall perspective.

Also my parents said that Workout is bad in teenage and trying to be fit, is dangerous from my parents' suggestion to me. I always ignore this but for respect I said that yeah it could be possible for those who think natty in staying steroid and also suggest my parents to see your videos to take good and best knowledge.
Please make video on people who are doing corporate night shifts and diet plan accordingly the routine. Most of the people who are doing night shifts they are unable to manage there lifestyle, so make video which helpful to those who are facing it and side effects.
Night lifestyle is very bad as we are literally working opposite to body clock but i can understand money is important too.
