- It seems evil has never been more prevalent or as accessible as it is today. Smartphones and other digital technology allow us to easily transact business, but can also destroy our souls by granting almost instant access to immorality.

It is so true: In this modern day, it’s really unreasonable to preach against the cell phone like we used to with the TV. Most people have to have one for their job. While there are many positives, the convenient access to evil must be made inconvenient. It is my opinion that every church member should have their phone linked to an accountability partner. Too many folks have lost God’s favor because of the misuse of their phone (pew and pulpit).

Yes this does work, clothing ourselves in prayer and bible study gives us the upper hand and power over the lust of the flesh the lust of the eye and the pride of life. For there is no temptation that is common to men that God is not able to make a way that we might escape.

Great message ! A lot of men who are struggling want to change but feel to guilty or don’t where to start to change and get overwhelmed. This message really gives a good perspective on what and how to over come these issues in the modern day world .

Amen, I’m so thankful for the Grace that God affords us, the question that was raised in our youth group is, (I’m reiterating here for clarity of question) does God give a Holy Ghost filled person over to a reprobate mind as it speaks of in Romans 1, this would be a person receiving the evidence of the gift but yet still struggles with fulfilling the lust of the flesh, my response was drawn from 1Jn that if you are convinced/convicted of your sin and repent that God is faithful and just to forgive, and that a righteous man falleth seven times BUT gets up, it’s in what direction your moving when you fall, but absolutely do all you can do to protect yourself and those in your charge so that when that day comes we will be called faithful in what we’ve been given, our eyes being the gates to our soul!
This technology is more lethal and dangerous than anyone can imagine. I am one man who has been severly burned and learned to costly a lesson. Unfortunately I had one as part of my job. I failed in this area massively but I can see it was a symptom of a wider problem of selfishness and sin. I can see now that I was never a saved, born again christian in so many areas of my life and there was no repentance. I spent 40 years thinking I was a christian but God had given me over to a reprobate mind years ago. As a direct result of sin in this area, I was instantly struck with a terminal mental illness, Sporadic Fatal Insomnia and I am going to die the most horrendous death and beacuse I have caused my death, I know I am going to the worst chamber of hell.
