It's halal.. takda campur arak/daging..saya pernah makan hotteok di jeju island..tour guide muslim..dan beliau pandai bahasa korea sebab belajar dan menetap disana..jadi,beliau boleh berbahasa korea dan tahu ingredient dalam hotteok ni halal😊 kalau ada mkanan ayam atau daging jgn cepat trpedaya..kebanyakannya tidak halal..
